Horse And Groom - London - Photo album

My cousin Jennifer and I stayed close by and after huge day’s sightseeing in London we visited here the first night and went back the last night of our 4 days to eat and enjoy a beer. Matthew was fantastic (and handsome too) and made us feel very welcome. The food each time was top class. Loved the
I recently visited this British pub and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The scampi was some of the best I've ever had, with perfectly cooked shrimp and a delicious tartare sauce. The burgers were also top-notch, with juicy patty, fresh toppings and a delicious bun. Nachos were
Lovely little pub… very nice barman who was friendly and funny! Not a packed out pub like you’d expect in a London pub…. Really worth the walk off the main roads for
We have visited lots of times for after work drinks over the years but this visit 100% is deserving of a review. Although busy, as we walked through the door we were greeted across the bar by a gentleman we later found out to be called Dan. This was so much more welcoming than our past visits. The
Lovely London pub! Great beer, reasonably priced and excellent food, can't ask for more. Had a huge basket of buffalo chicken wings for less than a tenner and they were delicious! Will definitely be back
Lovely pub. The architecture is beautiful, the beers and ciders are superb, the decor is relaxed with touches of opulence - deep woods and racing green. The only thing I dislike is the ban on phone use... It's a 'Sam Smiths' pub thing so not THIS pubs fault. So silly. I'm a social Strategist and I l
Great little pub. Nice original features. Drinks expensive but then we did order a cocktail. Turns out it was £12?! Very nice though x
Great place for food and drinks this pub is a gem of a place very good value for money and the quality of the food is excellent. It has a lovely mirrored bar and a couple of cosy lounge bars at the back, food is served upstairs where there is a small bar
Wonderful atmosphere and the food was delicious. The best part though was Nicholas who delivered fantastic service with a warm, personal touch.
Very friendly man behind the bar. Nice Samuel Smiths lager. Great for a quick, quiet drink before lunch.
A very welcome port to get out of the rain. A traditional looking watering hole. Friendly bar staff.
So lovely and the customer service is amazing totally recommend this place if you want a drink
Atmospheric Harry Potter kind pub.
Absolutely amazing pub with a brilliant manager to match. Visited here last Saturday on a windy and rainy day. The manager welcomed us and asked if we were cold, he recommended the fire place was burning in the next room. It was AMAZING. Decent prices for the area, but the best thing about this ge
It's a Sam Smith's pub with the range of drinks you get in all Sam Smith's pubs. I like this, but I know some who are less keen. Good, friendly service.
Fantastic pub the cider is amazing not expensive to drinks start at 2.50 so not expensive for central london you cann eat up stairs from 12 to 3 and from 6 onwards the staff are brilliant and the cider is brilliant
I was passing with my friend last night and having looked through the window decided to go in for a quick drink. This is a really beautiful pub full of period features. The landlord and lady were really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back, next time with my wife.
Good beer and food. Friendly staff and nice traditional decor.
