I've been here a few times and always go for the Mushroom Burger, which is delicious. Today I learnt they serve Halal chicken so my vegetarian diet was postponed for another day.
The burger was decent, really good bun. The spicy slaw wasn't so spicy and chicken was a bit dry. But the fries were crispy and tasted especially good with pepper.
Its one of the nicer places to grab lunch by the Gherkin. Definitely going back for more.
We know it's a mans world and it's never more evident than in breakfast and burgers. They are definitely catering to the banker crowd in this quirky and cute restaurant. Seating is sparse but service can't be beaten. They have a deal for a drink, chips and a burger for a tenner, pretty good yes, but honestly, apart from the bun, the burger was mediocre at best. The chips were underdone and the 'spicy slaw' was made with no chilli at all. I didn't hate it, it was what I wanted for a Friday lunchtime but I wouldn't rush back. Reeming qualities - the fact they have BBQ sauce, the bun (yum!) and the decor.
It was the day after National Burger Day, and we figured we'd keep the buzz going by trying out this joint. I went for the Bacon and Cheese burger with fries. it came after only 5 minutes or so, and was cooked a juicy medium-rare. They're running a good burger game. The fries were very fries-like. Really happy with the food and the place itself and I'll be coming back for more.
I was incredibly hungry which put my reviewing game right off, which is why I only thought take photos after I'd inhaled the meal. My bad.

Following the recommendation from Jada, a group of us head of to Breakfast and Burgers, with hungry bellies and high expectations... We are in luck: it's hot dog Tuesday.
The front door sets the tone for our visit. The bright yellow double doors straight away encompass the fun, easy going, relaxed atmosphere within.
We are a group of six, and it is quite small inside, so it can be a bit of an issue finding a table, eventually we opt for two separate ones and scrape the chairs together, not the most ideal situation.
There is a consistent stream of people wondering in, and the queue tends to get quite long quite quickly, fortunately the Breakfast and Burger team are exactly that: a team, a servicing machine perhaps, a smooth operation.
Obviously I had to go for the hot dog, what with it being hot dog Tuesday and all. Also, a fiver for a hotdog and chips isn't the most outrageous.
After a bit of a wait, my hotdog arrived in its own little basket of greasy goodness. The chips are perfectly thin and crispy, just the way I like. The hot dog is quite substantial, onions, mustard, large sausage, the works.
At the end of the meal I was happily satisfied. Also I left feeling rather greasy, I would have loved some anti-bac dispensers around like Burger Brothers in brighton, but instead I was left which a pile of thin used napkins.
Overall everything was good, the food, service and atmosphere. Perhaps I shouldn't have been tempted by the enticing hot dog special and stuck to a burger, which is what I assume Breakfast and Burgers do best, to get the full B&B experience, but for now I will settle for happily satisfied, but not particularly blown away.

The burger put has a really cool, funky atmosphere. They use great quality products for their food, really top notch. Angus beef patties hand put together with fresh salad in the burgers. You don't often expect fresh salad in a burger but you always get it here. The quality of the product produces really great food that is worth queuing out of the door for. It's a firm favourite of mine for lunch, but you will queue out of the door from roughly 12-2. The people nearby know how great it is.
The menu is simple but good and also there is some variety so you can get breakfast, a range of burgers and hotdogs. A drink, chips and a burger will cost you £10 and considering you can spend the same in McDonald's and eat crap or £10 here and get top quality, it's a no brainer.
The only reason they don't get 5 out of 5 is because twice now they have forgotten some things that I paid for in my takeaway. I'm sure they would have corrected it if I had gone back.
If you like your burgers definitely give this place a whirl!

Burger Pit burger was very tasty. The meat is cooked medium rare, as it's supposed to be, and the bacon is perfectly crispy. It has simple toppings of mild cheese, pickles, onion and some mayo, but you don't need more when the meat and bacon is tasty enough. I'd put it in the same category as Honest Burgers, though a little lower on the scale (tough competition). definitely better than many of the very popular chains out there. Burger Pit is a place you go strictly for the burger as the place as it is now is very minimalistic and the fries are generic, they have breakfasts there though, but I haven't tried any of them. I was happy to see they had large tables as we were a big group coming for lunch, and there was no queue in peak lunch hour (note that the weather was unstable, that might be a reason). It looks like it is under construction though, so it might be better later! I will recommend this burger to people, and will definitely go back for more.
Decent quality and excellent value for money if you go down on Monday, it’s £8.50 for a cheese burger and fries. The service was excellent, but the burger patty had a slight strange taste. However, the huge mound of fries more than made up for this.
First time visiting today.we were the only customers dinning in but service was quick and attentive. Lovely breakfasts. Star lost due to only one unisex toilet. Will defo be back though
OK, thought it would be better than it was. Not bad value and quick to be served. Might try again in future to see if it was just an off day! So give it a go and make your own mi d up!
Monday to Thursday they do a lunch deal and you can have a Burger and chips for £6.50. Tuesday has the Chicken burger on offer and it was good. Has some tasty coleslaw in the burger.
It has what you need for a good and tasty breakfast.
Lunch was good but I’d still prefer the breakfast there.
It became my go to place whenever I’m in the area.
Cozy place for quick breakfast or burger lunch. We had the full breakfast and on a brioche bun. Both are good but the brioche is better in my taste, was soft and flavorful adds to the combination of egg, sausage and bacon.
An absolute treasure of a place to eat. Helpful, friendly service. Delicious food. Very reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommend.

I was on a training cource round the corner and found this place on a whim, it was nothing short of god like food. i had a breakfast that cost me around 6 or 7 quid and i went back every day because it was so good. i am glad i found it on google maps because next time i am in londo i will make a B line to this place. very friendly staff and they had nothing but time for me during a busy morning. felt very special
Handy little place for a decent breakfast or a burger at lunchtime. Not perfect, breakfast portions are perhaps smaller than ideal (plus no substitutions) and fries can sometimes be a little overcooked at lunch but not bad at all.
