What a lovely gentleman Curro is. He served me just now in the pret at the end of Lower Marsh, Waterloo, across from the Old Vic theatre. His smile and customer service and warm friendly attitude made my day. Cheers Curro!!! He’s a credit to your company.
Lovely choice of fresh and healthy food, loving apple spice infusion.....shame you will stop doing it.

Need a quick, decent, and healthy bite so ended up at this place. They had a lot of outlets throughout London. All with the similar set up.
I'm really fond of their sandwiches and salad. Especially Scottish salmon sandwich. Though it's very salty, but i can still handle it.
It's a nice, spacious bright cafe with friendly staff and good menu (like every other Pret on the planet). The smoothie I ordered took an age to prepare despite being on a quiet Saturday morning with slow trickle of customers.

Pretty busy store, noisy but lively atmosphere. Not a lot of veg sandwiches or wraps on the shop floor when I visited. Luckily didn’t want to eat.
Staff are a bit slow at serving customers which caused a few people to get frustrated but I was luckily served and out the door within 10 minutes.
Had a hot chocolate and it was served piping hot. Tasted as I’ve come to get used to with Pret.

A convenient location close to Waterloo Station, with plenty of seating. I enjoyed a flat white with a vegan wrap but the bread was too soft and the wrap fell in half.
Staff in the morning are always soo friendly and cheerful, also the warm chocolate croissants are lovely!
Decent cafe, nice food at fairly reasonable prices.
Got at Pret a bit late (8pm) and for my trouble received a free croissant with my coffee.
Always enjoy the atmosphere in this chain of cafe’s and love the Mochas.

Stopped off here to grab a quick bite before an Old Vic perfo. This branch of Pret is great. The staff are very cheerful and efficient.
New bad boy baguette option for veggies: artichoke and mozzarella. Toasted, mmmmm.......delish.

I was happy with the wide selection of food available. Hot and cold optio s as well as vegan, fish, pastas, healthy salads and a huge variety of drinks and snacks. The cafe was clean and welcoming. There was no queue and seating as available. Will definitely come here again.
