Benugo is another of those chains that seem to pop up everywhere. They run quite a few of the speciality cafes in museums and public spaces. But this one was on the high street (I’m very much still getting used to that phrase). It’s a stone’s through from my client’s office, so I popped in for an extra lunch item. Said extra lunch item was the avocado and chicken sandwich on brown bread. This Benugo features an impressive sandwich bar, and the display is eye catching with some loaded options. And I enjoyed my sandwich, which was from the other side of the cafe with all the pre-packaged options. Although I don’t remain a fan of the weird chicken slice, it’s a good ratio of avo and mayo. A ‘wich that tasted fresh and more than acceptable. On other occasions I’ve had a coffee downstairs and that has been satisfactory as well.

Cute little place in Covent Garden for a quick meal. They have a lovely selection of healthy salads, baguettes/ sandwiches, soups and pastries. I had the vegan box set which was delicious. Their coffee is probably one of the best I've had in a very long time. Definitely recommend it

We really enjoyed the whole experience of dining out at this place. I had one of the best coffees at this place, perfect for my liking. Almost each dish i ordered was appealing and appetizing and was also reasonable on my pocket. Staff was friendly and attentive to your needs. The place was neat and clean.

I decided to go for this local branch one fine day and found the perfect atmosphere inside. It does not feel like it is a part of a chain and has a life of its own. The coffee here is really tasty and all the sandwiches here, are absolutely delightful. This is the place you should head to if you want a little break.

Looking for a coffee outing with a friend? You can give this place a try. I enjoyed my coffee experience here and so did I find the dessert and brownies one of those that I would want to try again. I also feel that this is one well situated places where you can stop by for a coffee when you come to attend a musical performance.

Our stay on Broadcourt for 3 weeks was memorable. We had the best of coffee there and used to have that every morning and we tried all of them twice at least. The breakfast included very tasty sandwiches too. We had a fantastic time there. Also, there is a buy-10-one-free card, so try to avail that.

I went here for some lunch and found the menu to be full of healthy options which sounded as if they taste good as well. The staff here is very helpful, quick and efficient. Heads up, the seating is quite limited so you might have to wait a while as it is quite popular. The food was delicious and the ambiance very lively. Definitely recommended.

Located behind oxford street Benugo is probably one of the best cafe's to get away from the crowd.  The venue is a garden cafe, which is really nice as you can see the busy oxford street but still experience a calm serenity that you do not often get in the heart of London.  It is, however, not great for rainy days as the good seating is mostly outside.

It is really cost-effective, and the food is super fresh.  I would describe it as an oasis in midst of a busy London lifestyle.

Perfect for a quick lunch break. It was my 1st time in a benugo and I loved it. Smiley friendly staff, (hard to find nowadays) and really nice fresh sandwiches. Not too busy too which was great as not too noisy. 😊

Nice atmosphere. The downstairs floor is cozy. Coffees were good. Tables were a bit dirty though.

When you around in Covent Garden you try something to eat at this little cute place! Delicious fresh food and a fantastic collection of pastry of all kinds together with very good coffee. The place is usually quite growded but has also a sitting area downstairs.

Great location, nice airy space above and cool cellar seating below. Became our go-to a few times for a pastry or sandwich and coffee.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean and airy inside. Good selection of food options. I had the vegan carrot spiced muffin - I personally really loved it and how it tasted like it uses natural ingredients, not loads of processed sugar, certainly recommend and went well with their soy hot choc.

This place was perfect for a quick stop to refuel. Popped in late in the evening and family had some great Vegetarian sandwich . Nice choice and freshly made. Heated back up ready to eat. Great food on the go and a reasonable price too.

Great quality, good variety and even create your own sandwich option in this modern and neat cafeteria. Good service and convenient prices make this small franchise a good option both if you just wish to stop by for a coffee or a bite or if you fancy a good option for an easy going meal, alone or with friends.

Excellent freshly-made sandwiches at reasonable prices. The current seasonal special of pork with apple chutney is a must-try. The Long Acre branch gets pretty busy around mid-day when the lunch crowd comes in, but the seating area in the basement is fairly extensive. Nice cushioned seats are available and perfect for those who want to linger over coffee and pastries.

Had a smoked salmon and egg muffin and flat white. Delicious quick bite and reasonably priced for area but wasn't happy that they had no ceramic cups to have coffee in so had to have a disposable non recyclable cup

The sandwiches served here are far superior to the usual chains. I particularly like quirky, humid, dark basement. The staff are a little bit impersonal - I come here fairly regularly and still feel like just an order number. Still prefer that to the falseness experienced at Pret.
