I and 2 friends were seated quickly and with 2 people with dietary restrictions we had our meals quickly sorted. I always eat in Pizza express as they make any pizza to my requirements.
An excellent service, and delicious meal. Can't remember servers name. Lady begins with T. Was alternative and understanding of my OAP relatives. Friendly and thoughtful. Making our relaxing meal just what we needed
This spacious outlet of Pizza Express opposite Charing Cross station is bright and airy with the usual great pizzas (including the Leggera line), salads, wines, desserts (in particular the Tiramisu) and coffees. The staff are cheerful, fast, and friendly. A great place to take a well deserved pause.
Love this place!. I normally don't even bother to review chain restaurants, but this British brick oven pizza place is fantastic. Very good pizza but even better are their garlic bread knots and their Coca Cola served in bottles. Always a good place for a nice meal.

After a visit to Trafalgar square with our two children,we headed here for lunch.It was very busy,so we were asked to wait a few minutes,which was all it was.On being shown to our table by a very friendly guy,who genuinely seemed to enjoy working there,the children were brought activity packs and our drink order taken.There was quite a wait for food,but its such a lovely aptmosphere that it did not matter.The food was fantastic,beautifully presented and much more than the usual pizza place,to top it off we got 10% off on presenting our London For Less map, highly recommended!!
Great pizza and dough balls. It is a bit expensive, but still definitely worth the price. Staff were nice and overall decorated well.
Always delicious. I worked at Pizza Express (Birmingham Resorts World) for 4 years and moved to Canada in 2016. This was my first time visiting England since I left and the food tasted just as good as it did years ago. Good job Pizza Express!
Great food, but the waiting time was too much. While we understand that that it was due to a lot of customers being near to tourist destinations so no complaints.
The servers have been helpful and more than friendly. I highly recommend this place for their service.
Food can be same across all Pizza Express stores but what makes it different is their service which should be appreciated.
The new Bosco salad was good, a little cold than expected but it was still a good eat. The salads were amazing.

The best meal i have had in a while was an intimate lunch i had today served by the most amazing server - Lucas. The food was amazing, but the service was mind blowing. We ended up drinking 2 bottles of wine over 4 courses. Dessert was beautiful, and i am definitely coming back.

The serving size and the price of this place makes it somewhere I would recommend. There are lots of options on the menu, though primarily it is a pizza place so there aren't meal sized pastas or anything. The desserts we had were both divine, but the vegetarian pizzas could have done with a bit of salt and pepper as they were a bit flat. The crust was to die for though.
Staying around the corner for a weekend in London and we wanted a bite to eat. No reservation but able to get a table for two. Staff were very nice and standard Pizza Express service. No waiting around and we were in and out just over an hour.
Happy, buzzy outpost for this family friendly chain. Thankfully booked an hour ahead via the Pizza express app to avoid the queue (out the door!) and the regular well balanced menu good for kids and adults alike. Friendly service staff and chefs resulted in the kids joining in to make dough balls and pizzas while food was cooked to make a memorable experience for all. Thanks to you all!
Popped in for a quick bite to eat after the theatre. We were seated straight away. Our waitress was really friendly. Always love the pizza and garlic doughballs at pizza express. And the best bit is that they cater for coeliacs lie myself 😁
