Spicebox - London - Photo album

It's a little restaurant, and service was great. Attentive and friendly! The food took some time to come out. We had the samosas, which we really good crispy while the filling has peas and good flavour. We also had the brunch special dosa that came with potato filling and dhaal, good balance of flav
I absolutely loved the brunch at Spicebox so returned to try their £13.50 Thali on Wednesdays! The cashew and coconut korma is my favourite! It’s creamy, seasoned to perfection and has just the right amount of heat to it to warm your tastebuds. Pea and potato samosas are a must too! The service wa
A really nice experience all around. The food was super tasty and filling. The service was just on another level. Our server was the sweetest, attentive, caring and funny. Kudos to her! (Visited the Leytonstone branch)
Food was absolutely amazing! Service was great! Love this place, so underrated it should be a huge chain by now but love the charm. Cookbook is incredible too! Everyone needs to go go go!! Well done Grace!
Great modern interpretation of Indian cuisine, amazingly rich vegan fair with umami out the ears for everything on the menu. The Shroom Keema is incredibly rich and delicious, and the Dhansak is very bright and tasty. The naan was perfect for dipping into both, and the Lassi was perfectly refreshing
Fantastic friendly service, amazinly awesome delicious food!!!the loaded bhajis were unreal, best garlic naan we've ever had, mushroom Madras so flavourful, loved every mouthful!!! thank you so much... wonderful experience all round... deffo worth traveling down from Newcastle for 💚🤘😁😎🌶️
Samosas and fried onions were great, but the tikka masala was a bit watery.
Loved it!! Absolutely delicious food served by a really passionate team. They've created a lovely little restaurant with a great Indian vibe in this corner of North East London 👌 Went for brunch and had the Thali (with an extra paratha) and doffles (dosa waffles) with fried soya 'chicken'.
Brilliant vegan indian. Options of classics for those that miss them being vegan, Korma/Masala. That wasn't the draw for me and the rest of the menu had more than enough to suit my taste! Also a tasty own brew on the drinks menu. Have grown to love a roti over the years but had the vegan naan and wa
The chana masala, pumpkin cashwe and coconut curry, garlic naan, the sides and sauces were so good. Good ambience and very friendly staff. Would definitely visit this place again
Vegan food full of yummy goodness! A lot of thought has gone into these dishes and you can taste it from the very first bite of each dish. Make sure you book a table in advanced as the place gets busy and fills up very quickly. The portion sizes are a perfect amount; before you know it, you are full
We made our debut visit to Spice Box in early Feb 2019 - all round a brilliant experience. My wife and I aren’t vegan and we both found this another great example of myth busting that vegan food can’t be incredibly tasty. We both had the full Indian breakfast from the brunch menu. Tasty, with amazin
Really good Vegan food! I'm not a vegan and really enjoyed the quality and diversity of new ingredients. The quality of the food also tastes very fresh and well prepared by chefs that really know what they're doing. The Tip is added to the bill automatically. The staff and manager are very considera
Best Indian restaurant I’ve been to. Amazing vibe. The team was super friendly and welcoming. The food was spot on… I even bought their book! We travelled all the way to Walthamstow and it was totally worth it.
Eaten at this cosy, vibrant restaurant twice now and loved it both times. You can see and taste the hard work and passion that has gone into this amazing venture. It takes us 40 minutes to travel here and it's worth it! Good prices too for such excellent food. We (2 ppl) were stuffed and nicely drun
Best brunch menu and vegan food I’ve had in so long. Such attentive service and great recommendations! Spicy Mary was insane! 🌶
Vibrant and super friendly place with attentive staff and delicious food. Everything is vegan, but with excellent chicken and prawns substitutes in many dishes, non-vegans will love it too. The Goan 'praun' curry was fantastic, and the mango lasso afterwards was delicious :) will definitely be back.
