Delicious pastries and good coffee. They have an app where you get your first coffee free which is a great bonus. Good pain au chocolat and hot chocolate! Some bugs were flying around the pastries displays though, which made me feel iffy.

Had a lovely small meal and one of the best early grey tea's out. Service was also great, i asked for lemon in my tea and it actually was in my cup. You have no idea how many times i ask for lemon and it's never in my tea. Thanks Piotr and the team.

I have visited the Gail’s many times but this time it was amazing experience. Coffee was amazing and also cinnamon rolls was so delicious. Person who served me was polite and super nice. Highly recommended!
We came to Gail’s today when we couldn’t find a reservation for afternoon today. Boy am I glad we did! I really wanted to try a biscuit with clotted cream and jam and I LOVED it! It was so delicious, I plan to go back for more tomorrow! The biscuit is perfect and their cream and jam combo is serious
Friendly service and great baked goods. Amazing coffee. Toilet was a bit gross. Clearly wasn't cleaned that morning. Also the layout was a bit odd... not great for a disabled toilet - the gap between the toilet and the sink is minimal which would make transitioning from a chair a bit difficult.
It’s one of my favourite Gail’s. Actually favourite Gail’s because team here always so friendly so charming and kind . They make you happy and smile . I think every local enjoys GAIL’S. So easy to find something to grab from there, even for the most picky ones.
