I have had New York Cheese cake from so many places. But this is undoubtedly the best I've had so far. This was during my trip to London and we decided to go to Yo Sushi. It was such a cute little place. Everything was served in small colourful plates, circulating a restaurant on a small conveyor belt. So fascinating to watch even. And could keep taking whatever we want without having to order or wait for food. They even have their calories mentionedšSo cool, isn't it?
I was so happy to see Yo Sushi again in the airport while leaving back to India cause I really loved their Prawn Katsu curry and New York Cheese Cake!ā¤ļø
What's on the table- New York Cheese Cake
Whats not to love about a place where your food travels in a conveyor belt?
Iāve visited various Yo sushi restaurants over the years and it is one of my favourites for sushi.
The good part is that they keep reinventing the menu so thereās something new almost every few months . Plus the condiments are placed on the table so you donāt have to keep asking for extra ginger and soy.
My regular orders are the avocado and cucumber Maki and edamame.
Iāve also tried their pumpkin katsu curry,
Veg Spinach Gyoza, Yakisoba. Overall the food is all good.
You can even watch your food being made or if you canāt wait long enough, just pick up a plate from the conveyor.
The price varies on the basis of the colour of the plate , which is quite a smart model according to me. Hoping to visit more Yo Sushi in the future!
Just a disclaimer for newbies... they charge for water so be prepared to pay up if you are thirsty.
Lovely place for sushi lovers. A must visit to experience revolving sushi plates and platters and pocket friendly too! Would definitely visit again :)
I have to say, I havenāt always been the biggest advocate of Babymetal, but after catching them at Reading Festival last year, I thought they were prettyĀ enjoyable, so gave them a second shot.Ā Being a fan of both music and food, the combination of eating and having an exclusive listen to the new Babymetal record was too good to turn down ā especially as the event was being held at Yo! Sushi on the South Bank.
Amazing location, loved the river view. The sushis they serve are delicious. The crunchy prawn roll is my all time favourite. Along with nice food, the service is pretty quick. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
If you love sushi, you will love this place. I loved the soda they sell here. They have a huge variety of sushi both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. The staff are great and I would love to visit again.
Great service, delicious sushi. Being a vegetarian, I tried their avocado maki and enjoyed it thoroughly. A great japanese place to enjoy yourself.
Loved the concept. The food was good and loved their sushi
loved it. the menu has great variety, tastes really good and fresh. prices are very good and fair. We tried both large plates and sushi and both were delicious. The location of this restaurant branch is really special direct on the Thames river which we loved it
It is a fun place to go. It is good for a quick meal also. Blue mondays is a good time to go since most food will be charged the blue prices. Kids like seeing food go by on the conveyor belts. They have a great system of being to call a server with a push button on each table.
Staff were very kind and helpful.
I mistakenly chose from takeaway menu, which is not allowed to have in the restaurant, however they let me have it there.
The Udon soup is supreme. Ramen, not so good.
Price are reasonable and has a good location.
Mesmerized by the food going round on a conveyer belt. Some raw dishes some cooked, desserts are good to. Water on tap at the table! Good experience if you haven't been to a sushi bar before.
The food today was really tasty and I cannot fault it. My issue was the slow service we received. When you press the button for help, staff would literally walk past and pay you no mind. I had to grab their attention and they seems to be annoyed that I had done so. It was only 1 member of staff that seemed to have wanted to be anywhere else but there as the others were quite nice.
Still a lovely restaurant, just service lacks a little bit.
What we had was great and I truly recommend the strawberry cheesecake mochi which melts in your mouth. Truly delicious! Would have eaten more if they werenāt so filling.
Staff was friendly and you can see the staff/kitchen working hard. You do have to wave them down or use the help button, because they wonāt bother you during your stay.
Had some extremely pleasant, sensibly estimated food here, and the staff were friendly. The choices were incredible and I think I'll be coming back to have a go at something different off the menu some other time.
Extraordinary food. Administration was fine. outstounding date restaurant...I'd accept since I've just been there twice...alone. in any case, the individuals who appeared as though they were on dates seemed as though they had a great time!
My server was Nicolas..... He was a wonderful server, so very friendly and efficient and professional. I felt so taken care of, like part of the family:)) . And Paula (who works in the kitchen) made the freshest and most wonderful sushi / rice ! I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff here and the quality of the food. This is one of the best Yo Sushiās I have been to. Thank you all, you working so hard and doing a wonderful job. A happy customer :)
I will say that I am not quite familiar with Yo Sushi, until the other day in London. I was in London (south bank) with couple of friends and decided to try Yo sushi. I must say that I was very impress with place and service to start with. The staff was very helpful and easy going. As I was not familiar with the process of ordering, the staff explained that to me very well. The food on the belt looked quite enticing, but I ordered from the menu. The whole process was very easy and the food was delicious, also of good portion. I must say that I was fully satisfied and happy with the food and service quality, and we left the store happy happy. I will definitely recommend this place to others and also myself will be a regular customer.
With the new covid rules and set up it was interesting. Don't expect the revolving never ending plates but everything does get delivered to you once you order it via mobile app on the conveyor belt. Service was minimal due to rules but staff very helpful. Food was good, squid a tad over but wouldn't complain about it. The Tuna and avocado tartar is awesome!!! The thing I miss the most with the new setup is no pink ginger on the table which I love and the sachets just aren't near as good. Thanks for a lovely lunch guys.
Fantastic dining right by the Riverside, friendly staff very attentive and efficient, recommended to us the chocolate pots which were heaven in a cup! Really tasty, I'm a fan of the new fries too! First time I've visited since the menu change and I can definitely recommend it! Go outside your comfort zone and try some of the new dishes, it'll be worth the experience for sure! X
I truly enjoyed my experience with this restaurant compared to the other ones. London overall has terrible service. They never are attentive or care much about you but the servers that I had for the pass 3 days were the opposite. Gianni was a nice guy to talk to and was happy be at your service. Sara was always helpful and asked if I needed anything. Nicole was my first impression of the restaurant and she made it obvious that it was a friendly environment while still be very professional. The staff had passion with their work. I just can not ask for a better sushi restaurant than this.
