Camisa And Son - London - Photo album

Fantastic little shop. Very traditional and lovely. . The products are authentic. Service is friendly. Plenty of choices. Lovely meat and cheeses as well as pasta and all things Italian. Very reasonably priced. Many gluten free offerings available.
Update April 2023. It had definitely closed. There is a hint of a renaissance in the summer. Peering through the gaps in the shutter nothing is happening inside. Very sad news. It is closing for good at the end of 2022. I started up in 1929.
The best sandwiches in Soho, fresh bread and ingredients every day, so much so if you go near the end of the day they might not have bread left! (Personally recommend the strong Provolone cheese)
A traditional place for Italian groceries in the heart of Soho, with a very good selection of cheeses, pastas, olives, tomato pastes, pastries, and much more !
My favourite shop to get Il Cobo Italiano and friendly and helpful staff who allow me to practice my Italian. As you enter the store the gorgeous smells take me straight back to Italy. Molto bene.
Probably going to regret posting about this local gem, as their excellent sandwiches are already the worst kept secret in soho. Safe to say that their onion focaccia doesn't last long. The fresh pasta & parmigiana in the deli makes for an indulgent & quick after-work meal... basically, I love this p
A real Soho institution which remains a solid proposition for great Italian ingredients
I've been coming here for as long as I can remember to buy my Vongole Naturale, which I use to make Spaghetti Vongole, and my guests always seem to enjoy it. I can't seem to get it anywhere else in London.
Superiour Italian deli. Not cheep but they are not as expensive as Borough Market when it comes to San Daniele ham. I don’t know if Camisa & Son sell Culatello ham at all(Borough Market does)
My favourite place on my lunch break. You can choose between a variety of breads and filled with your favourite Italian delicatessen. A great value for money compare with other franchise venues in the area.
Superb Italian products. The wild boar mortadella with truffles is outstanding as is the gorgonzola
I worked in Soho for 3.5yrs and without fail, went to I Camsia & Son at least once a week. The sandwiches are delicious and ridiculously well priced for the quality and amount of produce you get. The staff get to know you, they're kind, friendly and knowledgable. Please - don't go to over-priced p
Great guanciale, not too expensive and lovely place
This is a really lovely little Italian specialty shop tucked away in Soho. They have a really good selection of pastas, olive oils, and panettone, which we get from here every Christmas. They also do really tasty fresh tortellini which you can buy which makes for a lovely, easy dinner. A really grea
The original and the best. Peerless Italian delicatessen in Soho. Step into another time of proper old fashioned attentive service and the best provisions.
I hate the phrase hidden gem. Having said that, this has got to be the finest hidden gem in London. We no longer cook when friends are coming round for dinner ... we don't have to. The fresh homemade pasta and sauces are amazing. If it's lunchtime, you can't beat their ciabatta with cheese, salami,
Great selection of fresh meat, sausages and pasta here. Good service as they will recommend what you need to you. The decent price of Italian food/ ingredients you can find in city centre. Highly recommend.
This shop had been one of my references for 5 years, as for many people living in Soho. Great ingredients at OK prices, amazing selection of Italian goods, nice and efficient staff and, for lunch, incredible sandwiches that can be made from any ingredient they have on site for less than £5 (unless y
