We were looking for a traditional breakfast in a cafe not a chain restaurant. We entered the cafe and were immediately welcomed into the cafe .The waitress came over in good time to take our drink order then gave us plenty of time to decide what to have one of our party asked if there was gluten free food available. There was plenty to choose from .We ordered a traditional breakfast a ham and cheese omelette with beans a bacon and egg ciabatta and scrambled egg bacon fried tomatoes beans and toast .The food was all lovely and hot and very tasty .It also needs to be said that the coffee was very good too.

Such a cute place, the owner, the waiter and the lady in the kitchen all three were very kind and pleasant. The owner will tell you interesting facts about UK customs and lovely conversation. My mom's coffee was great, my peppermint tea, beyond amazing, and the scone with cream and jam (cream first!) delicious. Will take everyone there.

Very friendly service and very good food. The waiter saw me reading the menu on the street and invited me in. I had a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and french toast. The food came quickly and everything was spot on. Tables out on the street, inside and downstairs, plus a terrace in back. Great spot for a low key local meal.

May 2019: cafe has changed ownership. Staff are friendly and professional and drinks are good. Will update when have eaten here again. 2018: Love this cafe opposite Camden Stables Market. Warm and friendly owner and bright decor, wallpapered with show and theatre posters. The breakfasts we had were delicious, the bubble & squeak especially, and for 3 of us there was a big shared plate of toast and communal bowl of baked beans, fab!

Went there for breakfast! Big portions, and a great selection. Has a funny story with a lost elephant :) There is not a vegan option, but it is possible to go without eggs. The veggie sausages is good, but could handle more flavour or spice

I'd rather not spill the beans about my favourite breakfast place in Camden for fear of not getting a table, but I can't deny this place is a hidden gem. I've walked past it for years without setting foot inside and I regret not doing so sooner! Great breakfasts, perfectly cooked and fresh ingredients. Staff are nothing but friendly and welcoming. Will see you next weekend!

Inhabition has long been my favourite North London cafe. It changed hands this year and I feared the worst. Well, I could not have been more wrong. The young couple who have taken over have breathed new life into the place, sprucing up the decor and the menu. The food remains superb, the welcome remains warm. It's a traditional English cafe with a Mediterranean twist to the food. This afternoon I enjoyed Inhabition Eggs Benedict (the traditional dish with added chicken and pomegranate) while my missus went for a veggie breakfast. Both were perfect, as was the accompanying mint tea. A lovely place run by lovely people.

I almost always come here when I'm in Camden: everyone here is really friendly, the food is great, and their milkshakes are incredible - they do loads of flavours. The glasses they come in are larger than my head and I highly recommend the rose and the Nutella ones. You're always guaranteed to have a great conversation with the owner too, he's a very friendly man with a lot of interesting facts :)
