I love❤ this shop . Is the best coffee☕ and cakes🍰 shop in Greenwich . I have flat white every day from them and whole cake 1 per week, is yummy 🤤🤤
Peyton and byrne is a clean and fresh looking cafe/bakery with pretty cake displays. I purchased a chocolate and raspberry muffin which was a decent size and tasted just ok. It had chocolate chips and a nice sour raspberry center.
Delicious cakes and beverages. The ambience was airy and refreshing. I was drawn into the bakery by the cakes at the windows, and I did not regret that choice! Price is average, but more towards the pricey range if you're looking for something casual.
Greenwich is completely underrated – I mean there’s a reason why of all places in London, Thor decided to wreck Greenwich University Campus. The area is stunning, especially in the summer, and more Londoners should loiter around. Peyton and Byrne is a great pit-stop.
I've always liked peyton and Byrne cakes so I was surprised to see it in Greenwich. It's located right in the centre of the town and the cafe is cozy however it's not easy to find a seat although they have around 20 seats. Luckily I went quite late in the afternoon (around 5pm) and managed to get a table pretty quickly. Had the green tea and apple cake which were very moist and tasty.
Lovely coffee shop to hang out with my friend who came from America. The ambiance was warm and inviting so we stayed here talking for hours. The salted caramel chocolate tart was delicious and my friend also enjoyed her carrot cake.
I like the lunch they serve up in this place, some of the freshest and nutritious lunches in greenwich! All for £11 which I think is very reasonable.I love the boneless thighs with a choice of salads and grains. Clean healthy food in a lovely setting. Perfect for after the gym! I’ve been told the carrot cake is insanely good too. This time I ate in, dog friendly too, the staff gave my dog a little dish of water too.We both left happy and will be back!

Always my favourite stop to get dessert. Their lemon meringue pie it is one of my favourites. Honestly, today (23 April) it felt that they used more salt than need in the pie recipe. But the meringue was still great.
Lovely to finally discover that they are dog friendly. So many times I went to buy dessert and let my dog out as I wasn’t aware.
A tip would be have a sign informing they are dog friendly
An intimate cafe in the Greenwich neighborhood.
A selection of fresh and delicious pastries - sweet and savory, good coffee and the option of a vegetarian lunch.
I had some of the best avocado toast I’ve ever had here. It was so delicious and refreshing and good value for money! The coffee, though, is overpriced. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t offer chocolate on my cappuccino (which is a typical question). The salmon was also forgotten on my friend’s meal and there was no sense of urgency to rectify this for her. Definitely recommend for the food but maybe grab a coffee elsewhere.
Peyton & Byrne Bakeries in Greenwich is a great place to grab a quick coffee and a bite to eat. The location is pleasant, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and delicious.
I was pleasantly surprised with the location of Peyton & Byrne Bakeries. It is located in a beautiful old building in the heart of Greenwich. The bakery is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and there is a large park nearby.
The staff at Peyton & Byrne Bakeries is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and make recommendations.
I tried the white oat cappuccino, and I was not a fan. The coffee was not very strong, and the oat milk did not add much flavor. I would recommend trying one of the other coffees on the menu.
The muffin I had was a blueberry muffin. It was a bit dry, but the blueberry flavor was good. I would recommend trying one of the other muffins on the menu, such as the chocolate chip muffin or the banana bread muffin.
Overall, Peyton & Byrne Bakeries is a good place to grab a quick coffee and a bite to eat. The location is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. However, I would not recommend trying the white oat cappuccino.
Excellent coffee with perfect Crema, one of the best coffee you can get around London.
Take it with the Apple pie, perfect match.
This dream cafe offers a huge variety of homemade cakes, cupcakes and desserts, as well as "healthier" and lighter breakfasts (porridge, fruit salad...).
It's possible to order vegan cappuccinos made with almond or soy milk.
The place also makes and sells fresh bread, still warm in the morning, when it has just come out of the oven.
Last but not least, Peyton and Byrne produces and sells its own delicious tea blends.
Really recommend this if you're hanging out in Greenwich. Completely worth it.
Lovely cafe, the music is at a nice level for conversation. The staff are lovely and there are nice healthy options too. The cakes are absolutely delicious and I can't wait to come back.
Bright coffee shop and restaurant in the centre of Greenwich town right behind the market. Great coffee, good banter and fabulous looking cakes. Only reason for the 4 star was that two of the 4 cakes we enjoyed were not as fresh as they could have been. Won't stop me returning but will be sure to send them back next time.
Spent the morning here reading and working, the latte is lovely, the almond croissants are the best. It’s a shame there are no plug points, I am sure they are trying to keep the students out but I think it’s a negative.
Just had lunch at Peyton and Byrne in Greenwich. Lovely welcome from Grace and Sasha. Had one of the tastiest sandwiches I've had, simple but delicious. Great coffee and flapjack also. The cakes looked very tempting too! Great tunes, very helpful staff, awesome, will definitely return when in Greenwich next.
I've been in London for 2 weeks and this is the best coffee I've had yet. Also has a lovely relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Having binge-watched one too many seasons of the GBBO, Peyton and Byrne became my vicarious exploit for those moments when I absolutely had to satisfy my cravings for a good short crust pastry. P&B at Cutty Sark never fails. Perfect baked goods every time and the warmest of smiles. A huge shout out to Grace for her wonderful hospitality and helping me navigate through the many wonderful choices on display!
A perfect bakery cafe that deserves its own Paul Hollywood handshake.
this is a lovely cafe, the workers are so friendly and polite, the cafe itself is so pretty and the music created a great atmosphere for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a crunchy toastie. The food alone makes this a staple place to visit in greenwich ❤️
