We came here for the first time and will definitely be back! We just had shabu shabu and it was delicious-so fresh and tasty. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We live in Chelsea and have been to many restaurants in the area and this is definitely one of the best!
Best food I've had in London...beautifully plated and tasted fabulous! My daughter and I will definitely be back.
Each dish is a new experience
Went here for dinner with my husband, really amazing food and very kind staff. The food came really quickly and everyone was really nice. I enjoyed everything. I had been unwell for a while and had no appetite, but it suddenly came back when we came to this restaurant. >< The Japanese mochi ice with fruit is so wonderful, I really recommend here, don't forget to make a reservation first ^^
Fantastic service and great quality food! I went there with a bunch of my Japanese friends and we all loved the dishes that we had. Foie gras sushi was delicious with teriyaki sauce. Despite the thick meat, the beef tongue was very tender. It is also fun to grill our own yakiniku at the table to bring us closer to each other! It reminds me of Japan. Highly recommend!
Visited twice in a week because the meat quality was amazing and there was a reasonable number options from the menu. From a la carte, we highly recommend sushi (wagyu urchin, wagyu truffle), roll (eel and foie gras, wagyu), and chicken karage. They are amazing. The sukiyaki was really authentic, just like everything else, a tip is to order an egg and dip the meat in it before eating.
If you still have space left, matcha ice cream is a must try. It’s slightly more creamy than usual and not very sweet. Very fresh.
You can’t go wrong with the menu even if you order blindly.
Enjoyed an authentic Japanese Sukiyaki with Wagyu beef at this restaurant. Food quality and presentation is very good. The vegetable tempura was really tasty. The Sukiyaki taste is as good as being in Japan. For dessert I recommend the mochi ice cream. Chef Saito and the staff are very friendly .
This place is lovely. It's a traditional date spot for my wife and me. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
Two tiny points of constructive criticism:
- The staff seemed somewhat inhibited by the low hanging lamps. Might be helpful to raise those a bit.
- The music was a bit too "present". Maybe something that tends to fade a bit more into the background instead of recent hits might improve the atmosphere.
Everything else was perfect!
Very tasty beef, tried the sukiyaki set menu which is good size , starters are average , if you are a meat lover as me, might be better order beef and pot only. Will return.
My partner took me here for my birthday dinner. Really great quality sukiyaki meat and genuine Japanese taste. Not sure if we can find this quality of meat for sukiyaki often in London - also includes a wide range of sake options and dishes but you'd want to stick with the sukiyaki.
A chillax sukiyaki place, there are many grades of wagyu you can choose from as well as other rolls and spaghetti menus.
Very good food, my favourite place to having sukiyaki. Highly recommended!
Wouldn't say the wagyu sukiyaki worth the price but the sashimi plate definitely does! The one shown in the photo is the regular size, which serves quite a portion. Enjoyed the sweet shrimps very much.
