I had a Flat White, Vegan Pancakes and French toast at Balans, and chose to sit outside to enjoy a side of sunshine!
The vegan pancakes was fresh, fluffy and well paired with berries and maple syrup. You could chose between banana and berries as a topping.

It was the perfect weather for us to sit in Balans' outdoor seating and enjoy a delectable brunch. I ordered an eggs royale while my partner ordered some fried chicken. The smoked salmon was flavourful and the English muffins were nicely textured. However, the poached eggs were slightly overcooked.
Ordered Fried Chicken Pancake, Thai Red Curry, Prawn Linguine, Three Cheese Quesadilla along with drinks. Waited less than 15 minutes food was served. Without doubt my favourite place for breakfast.
The options on the menu are alot more satisfying than most places.
But for me I never change my mind, I always want the steak and eggs. Healthy, high protein, good quality produce.

We had the breakfast Burrito and the mushroom omelette that came with roast potatoes, both very tasty. Happy with the portion size as it was quite big. Although it's a bit pricey you definitely get what you pay for.
I had a scrambled eggs with salmon as well as chicken pancakes.
The salmon was quite fresh, however the eggs were very oily and the toast was not good quality.

Went to Balans East for birthday brunch. The buttermilk Chicken doughnut was tasty and so was the Virgin mojito. Staff was friendly and engaging. The place was clean as well. Would definitely recommend for lunch or brunch.
Delicious food (we got fried eggs on sourdough with a sausage on the side) fast service which we were very great full for as we had a flight to catch! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The ketchup also gives Heinz & Chef a run for their money! 👏🏼
Great spot for brunch, food was great, got the chicken and pancakes as well as the balans potatoes which were well seasoned. Mihai was a great server. Would come back!

We nearly didn't stay as they were full inside, and it was a chilly morning, but the heated seating area outside turned out to be lovely and cosy. Service was fast and super friendly.

Excellent, excellent cocktails! We went in for just 1 drink after shopping, but ended up having 4 cocktails each and plus dinner. The one pictured is called "Watermelon Sugar" and it's simply delicious! The kiwi one was also amazing. The food was surprisingly great too, and I love the all-day breakf
Great evening and dine-in in Balance. Food and service were excellent. The waiter Mihai went up and beyond to serve all my wishes, you should know I am picky. Atmosphere is relaxing and half a price for a glass of sparkling on a top.
Both my mum and I popped in here on the off chance for lunch - the menu looked great so we came in and were quickly seated at a table. All the staff were friendly, hospitable and attentive, especially Mihai who was great and a pleasure to have serve our table today. Highly recommend for both service
