I love this place so much. The staff are incredible. I often sit just watching them rushed off their feet, but still they remain friendly and helpful. They take an interest in people's lives and generally care about their customers.

I really like Pretty because they don't just do sandwiches. If you are watching your weight like me you can get great salads. I had a chicken salad and a bottle of apple juice.
Standard pret manager. Friendly staff. Try to go before 12pm or after 1pm to avoid lunch time queue.
Does have decent seating space so can sit in and eat with a group if needed.
Pret is quite unusual, it has elements of a coffee shop, bakehouse and something else and together it generates fantastic food, an enjoyable environment and reasonable pricing, no matter what your dietary requirement their shelves will hold something filling for you to bite down on
