Very clean place and the pizza is so yummy specially I had a cheesecake dessert that's so yummy too and very friendly place it's my 2nd time back and definitely coming back again with friends and my hubby.
Went here for a meal wednesday, would like to thank the manager Emad for his amazing service. It was our friends birthday and he went above and beyond to make the meal special for her. A real credit to your company �

They say you can tell the quality of a restaurant by how clean the toilets are.... if they can keep them clean what does the kitchen look like? Well the toilet here is clean enough to eat in!
No geral posso dizer que a nossa visita foi agradável e acolhedora. Gostei da comida, e principalmente da sobremesa. Provamos um cheesecake de gingerbread com mascarpone uma delícia. A pizza estava boa embora não considere que tenha sido algo de extraordinaria. Adoro massa fina mas nesta pizzaria servem-na extraordinariamente finas. O empregado de mesa foi para nós o mais memorável. Era brasileiro e bastante simpático, acrescenta bastante valor ao espaço.
I had the best experience here! Not only the taste of the pizza, but also the drinks, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. It’s my favorite place in London😁 Especially, MARCELO’s service was excellent!!! Whenever I crave pizza in the future, I will always come here. Thank you for providing the best moments!

A great upmarket Pizza restaurant just off Shepherd's Bush Green. Nice décor, good food and excellent service. A brilliant place for a bite before visiting the Shepherd's Bush Empire!
I was quite surprised with this place. I had no expectations, but the outcome was super positive. Amazing food, super delicious dough and pizzas. The service was fast and polite. I definitely recommend the restaurant to family and friends!
The service was wonderful, the pizza was excellent, the pizza dough was perfect and the topping was very tasty. But what made the service memorable was the wonderful Marcelo... if you're in London, don't miss him! Marcelo, thank you very much for your kindness and attention… you were incredible with us 🤩

This place is 5 stars all around. I’ve been coming here since a child and the service and attention is still 5/5. Marcelo is a great waiter and always treats us great when we come. Highly recommend.
Me and my husband had great experience the last time we visited this branch . Emmy was very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. The food was delicious and we can’t wait to go back!
Amazing food and service here. Marcelo was really helpful and gave a lot of guidance for dietary requirements, as well as made us feel welcome. Really good for Coeliacs and gluten free, with loads of options available. :) Very safe and nice.

This Pizza Express has a great team of staff. After I accidentally shattered a wine glass the staff moved us promptly and were just worried about our safety. Overall I saw then being very attentive, checking in and quickly dealt with any requests.
We ended up trying several of the seasonal dishes like pigs in a blanket, the winter rum punch and the gingerbread cheesecake. All of which were great.
Overall a great date location, it was busy but not noisy. So you can talk and enjoy your meal. Thanks once again to the team.

First time trying Pizza Express, and I love the pizza! Fresh and nice, good quality pizzas for sure. What’s better is the customer service. I will recognise my server, Christina, she was lovely and so kind. She’s very positive and loved the chat I had with her! Hire more personnel like her :) thank you pizza express and thank you Christina, I’ll be a regular there :))
