A true Italian restaurants! Always always come here when I'm in London! The food is amazing always have pizza (margarita with chicken and onion!) I've had the pasta before and that is fab! I can't praise this place high enough! Both guys are sooo attentive! Across the way from Paddington station - really easy to find! Value for money! Been coming to eat here for years! ���
The food was the best Italian food we have had and the people and service were friendly and great to talk to. If we didn’t live half a world away we would be regular customers.

Good location, very friendly staff. The space was very calm but the restaurant was not busy at all. We had garlic bread as a starter and one piece is more than enough for two people. We also ordered the meat balls, which were very good, and one pizza with ham pineapple which was ok. It had too much tomato sauce for my taste and could have more ham. Price is good for what you get.
After been recommended by a friend to come here I wanted to give it a go since I work near by. Been here five times now and I always had a good time, I believe the place has been renovated and it looks way better than before. The service is great, the staff are friendly, the food is tasty and even it's next to Paddington station their price is not expensive at all.

We casually strolled by wanting to go to dinner, initially drawn to the bright lights of an Italian restaurant down the road.
That one was too full… and man oh man am I grateful for that!
We were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, we were seated at a clean and table big enough for our entire party, and then we ordered our food.
We ordered pizza and pasta, when our food came all we heard were sounds of joy from people around our table as we made our way through our meal. This truly is incredible food made and served with love!
I highly recommend the pasta and pizza!
Lovely restaurant a stone throw away from Paddington station and St Mary's Hospital. The manageress Lili was very helpful and friendly which made the dining experience all the more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was amazing and took me back to when I visited Italy all those years ago. The 3.9 Google stars it has at the moment is truly underrated! Will definitely visit again when I'm next in the area.
Had both a breakfast and a lunch here and was really happy about the quality of the food and the service provided. The pizza was really good. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

After a long day of walking through the places of London, taking a good (total) 5 hours to even get here: It was a great idea to sit down here and have a bite. And oh boy.
First of all the food was awesome. The food was made by hand using fresh ingredients and you could taste it. I personally had lasagna but with feedback from my companions it became clear that the pasta and vegetables were prepared perfectly.
We thought that the desserts were good. The Tiramisu here has a different ingredient than what we’re used to. (from the Netherlands). However the chocolate fudge cake missed a tiny bit of flavor in my opinion.
Presentation. The portion size was generous, and definitely more than enough, and it wasn’t served messy at all. It took around 5 minutes for the starter to arrive (which contained some garlic bread), and around 10 minutes for the main course, and another 5 for the dessert. The experience here was definitely worth it.
Don’t even get me started on the staff; They were absolutely awesome. They are honestly very friendly, welcoming and all in all were very humble people. My compliments to the Chef. Grazie ⭐️
Came across this delightful restaurant close to Paddington station by chance. Attentive staff, with good service if not at times a little pushy about the more expensive drinks and having dessert, but they have bills to pay. Food arrived in good time, not overly rushed and certainly not rushed to leave. The food was lovely we opted for pizza as a main and it did not disappoint. I would wholeheartedly recommend and if I find myself in this area of London again I would consider them as an option for somewhere to eat.

Good food with a family warming service. One of the only restaurants open late that will have your stomach full and warm. They provide excellent service even when they are supposed to close and still make excellent pasta. Fayez is a wonderful owner and made sure we had an excellent time. If you're looking for food pasta and service, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Atm the best Italian restaurant we visited in London. Good food and very good prices. The pizzas were nice and the desserts too.
It's a very nice familiar trattoria with friendly service.

Super friendly staff and amazing service. The food was absolutely gorgeous and all topped off by a complimentary Limoncello. Couldn't finish all my food, so they even gave me a box to take leftovers home. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back tonight.
We enjoyed our evening at Il Gusto in June 2021, a relaxed couple of hours enjoying a #cannelloni and #pizza plus a bottle of #merlot followed by a slice of New York cheesecake & sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. Very friendly hosts plus it's super close to Paddington Station, which meant that we didn't have to rush for our train.
Good simple Italian food that didn't break the bank.
Their pastas were great! We got the bambino and the fettuccine carbonara. The carbonara was just perfect, flavorful, yet light and creamy but not dense.
Very good restaurant and super friendly staff. I had lunch there and the food was very good (it needs to add some salt).
