Great vibe, a real asset to the area. The pizza was delicious, real attention to quality ingredients and a lovely crispy sourdough. Nice wine selection too, better than your average pub. Will be back.

New James street branch has a great selection of beers on tap and available to take away from the fridge. Really friendly service and the pizza is top tier. Definitely coming back and would recommend. Well done 👍🏻

Excellent place to enjoy delicious sourdough pizzas that respect the original Italian recipe. A good selection of mainstream and artisanal beers. I would definitely return

Best pizza in London. The Nduja Like It is an instant classic. Great beers and always a warm welcome from the guvs.

Cool place for beers and pizza. Bit of a free for all as you can’t book and just have to keep an eye out for somebody leaving their table. Once seated tho the pizza was excellent and its a cool atmospheric place 👍🍺

(Edited to respond to reply below): Good beer, but tragically awful pizzas. The pizzas are soggy and every part is bland verging on flavourless - the dough (which does not taste like sourdough, and I say that as someone who has been eating sourdough every week for 15 years and bakes my own), the wet flavourless tomato, soggy mess of tasteless cheese, and soggy veg that tastes as though it has been boiled with all the finesse of a school dinner. The sage listed on the menu was totally absent from my pizza as far as I could tell. I mentioned the sogginess, lack of sage, and boiled taste & texture of the veg to the staff at the time. I was told there were trace amounts of dried sage under the tomato sauce (???) and that they could not explain why the veg and base of my pizza were soggy because the bartender said usually they are not. Given that I thought every element of the pizza was bad I could see no purpose whatsoever in asking them to remake it -- using the same tasteless and watery ingredients again would produce another predictably bad result. After grimacing through a few slices we left the rest of the pizza wilting on the plate. Come here for beers. But do not order the food!

Best cider in my life! Friendly team, great pizza, nice relaxed ambience. We were returning to this place every evening during our vacation in London. We will be happy to come again.

Marvellous pub/bar. Great, reasonably priced beer, properly interesting pizzas and a nicely chilled out vibe. What's not to love.

This is, in my humble opinion, the best pizza in London. There is only one other place I've eaten pizza at that I consider to be at the same level, and it's a very popular place amongst Italian people, so believe me when I say: this pizza is out of this world! The dough is thin, elastic and crunchy at the same time. Perfect consistency, perfect texture, all covered with a tomato sauce so delicious I wish I could buy it to cook at home. The pizza toppings are tasty, well combined and abundant. You think you'd have to wait ages on the table to enjoy a pizza like this? You're wrong. The service is super quick and the staff both at the kitchen and the bar are the nicest. The atmosphere is friendly, both because it's casual and because it welcomes families, groups and individuals of all kinds. The beer selection is outstanding, both on tap as well as on the beer shop (yes, you can pop up just to buy some bottles and cans. You should add pizza takeaway, in my humble opinion)
