Lovely atmosphere for a big dinner party or dinner for two. The manager is very attentive and visible which was nice. One of our waiters was a bit abrupt, but overall it was a good experience.

We went with another family. In total 4 adults, 5 kids, 2 buggies. There was lots of space around the tables - we didn't feel cramped. The kids menus were really good and well priced. All the food we had tasted good. The staff there were ok friendly at patient with us.
We will definitely come back.
I've visited Prezzo three times and I've had a great experience each time! The service has been very good. Friendly staff, quick service and the food has always been very tasty. I had the Prawn and salmon risotto last time and left feeling very satisfied.

Just enjoying another lovely meal at Prezzo South Woodford. The staff are really friendly, especially the manager Titch and his colleague Ben who we met last time. It had been a while since our last visit but they still remembered us and were very welcoming.

This is the second tome I have used this restaurant. It is situated in an impressive building on the High Road at South Woodford. Lovely meal last Saturday celebrating my 16-year-old niece's birthday. Staff were very attentive and the food was great. They brought her a lovely little cake with candle which was a nice touch. I celebrated my 50th birthday here 8 years ago and the standard is still just as good
They have amazing food. You can not make a mistake by going there. The only thing that i didn't like was the thing that the waitress didn't told me that the food i order is very spice as i told her to recommend me something and i don't like spice. But everything else was perfect.
Me & my family have been here several times and much enjoy our visits. However on this occasion my family were celebrating daughters 5th birthday. We were seated upstairs and had 30 guest. Conrad & Barrat made sure everything went smoothly, and made sure the food came out swiftly.
