Love this place, perfect for a pint, a pizza or pasta, any time of the day. Now I live a stones throw away, there might be a dash of bias.

But you must try their excellent pizzas, over 12" with a pint under a 10er.

Decent local Italian. Very friendly and attentive service. The food was quite good. Didn’t not like the arancini as they were a bit dry and bland but the prawn pasta was very good. Drinks were good and we took advantage of the happy hour.

Amazing Italian spot in Swiss Cottage! The portion sizes are big and they give lots of fresh seafood too. The service was super and the shop ambiance was quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

This is a relaxed, comfortable Italian restaurant in a quiet part of south hampstead close to the overground and Swiss cottage tube. It has a nice street side ambience and is open until 11:30pm. We had the mussels starter, which was large enough to be a main, and a pizza - again large enough for 2 adults easily. Prices are reasonable and the service is prompt and courteous. There’s draft beer too 😁. We’ll be back.

Great little place. We wanted to go to the arches next door and then move here but Nona was good on it’s own. Full on a Monday, great staff and food! Recommend

We thought we would try out Nona, which is a 2 minute walk from where we live. Fantastic Italian food, the pizzas were fresh and full of flavour. Really fiendly staff with a very relaxing environment. Will be coming back often! This is coming from a part Italian.

Great little neighbourhood place with friendly staff and decent, affordable food. I found the smoked beef on the pizza a bit dry and overly salty, but would definitely return, nonetheless. Pasta was great too!

What a lovely little place! Me and my partner live literally a minute walk away and never tried Nona. One night we just spontaneously decided to visit, and it was a great experience. The food was lovely, but the highlight was definitely the service. Our waiter, Leon, was the nicest guy. He let us know that the kitchen is backed up, apologised and then asked if we wouldn’t mind waiting. We were in no hurry so it was perfectly fine. He did everything to get our food out as soon as he could and we ended up not waiting long at all. Perfect customer service, thank you Leon!

Very nice cozy restaurant, excellent food, friendly staff, great service. I had Spaghett Arrabiata, and it was delicious. Don’t forget the dessert, I would totally recommend Tiramisu.

Such a cool Italian restaurant - quaint, charming, and cozy. The food here is delicious, and the service was impeccable. Castro the owner was super friendly and welcoming, and Leon offered great table service. I came here to suprise my gf, who's name is Nona also, and they could not have been more hospitable to us. Thank you for a lovely dinner, and we will back soon

Really enjoying this local Italian tucked away! Staff were very very accommodating! The mains were delicious and very reasonably priced. Only gripe, and prob why it's not a 5, is the entree's... I feel these could be a little better for example the crispy calamari... Not the best I've had. Overcooked and oily

Big selection of Belgium beer, authentic Brussels feel to the place, helpful and friendly staff. Due to the location it's very busy, and a bit cramped. Did was good (the mussels being better than the chicken, as you might expect)

I highly recommend this Italian restaurant for anyone in search of classic Italian flavors and an authentic family feel. The menu may be simple, but the dishes are anything but. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back!

Delicious pizza! So fresh and the base is just perfect! Great atmosphere and staff is so polite and friendly...I was just little bit disappointed with my bruschetta with fungi (a bit cold and basic) but nice calamari! Overall if you are around.....it is a must pizza!!!!!!

Now, this place is a gem hidden in plain site. Well-cooked Italian food at prices you'll recall from a decade back, a proprietor who says he enjoys seeing plates emptied by happy customers, and means it, a good choice of drinks, the whole shebang 5 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage tube station... What's not to like!

I accidentally stumbled unto this restaurant and its the best food I've had in years (in the UK) Where do I start. As soon as you enter you feel like you've left the UK and entered Italy. The atmosphere is fantastic, staff are friendly and I believe the owner who greeted us was very welcoming. Now the food. Beautiful, authentic and delicious. We had a starter, it was a hot starter (I'll add the pics later). It was made with spinach, garlic, mushrooms and cheese. I should have known that everything would only get better from here. The mains, me and my daughter both opted for pasta dishes. Hers was a delicious tomato based spaghetti dish. It had such depth of flavour. Very authentic to what I'd expect had I taken a flight to Italy. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much seafood was included. She had lots of prawns, calamar and mussels and the serving size was adequate. I had a creamy tagliatelle dish with chicken, parmesan and cream. Very delicious. I also loved the decor and watching the other patrons food come out. Everything looked tasty and although I was nearly full, I could not resist trying the desserts. I was only in this area for one night so why not. I had the caramel cheesecake (whatever they put in the caramel sauce, they need to tell me). This was my dish of the night. My daughter had a chocolate cake and the serving size was huge and she enjoyed it. It was served with vanilla ice cream. Overall 10/10 recommend. If you're ever in South Hampstead, please give this place a try. It is only about 3 minutes walk from the train station. I hope your business thrives and remember to expand to Birmingham.

We were staying at a bed and breakfast in the area and went to dinner to this gem of a restaurant. As a chef of 27 plus years I have to say it doesn't get any better than this. Excellent service great drink list and a menu with something for everyone. We started with the bruschetta tomato simple and clean flavors and just perfect timing until our main courses showed up. I had the Veal with garlic potatoes and my wife had the mushroom and chicken with tagliatelle. Both dishes were just enough and perfectly prepared. I told our server to tell the owner to give the chef a raise immediately! For dessert mu partner had the tiramisu and although it wasn't on the menu they made me an afogatto icecream with espresso poured over it. My wife said it was the best tiramisu she had ever had and she spent time in Italy haha. The next evening we were just a bit hungry and went there again . Started with a mushroom arancini and then a smoked meat pizza with olives.... perfect once more. The owner Costa ? I hope that is correct chatted us up and was very friendly. I encourage anyone staying or living in the area to stop by have some food and relax. You owe it to yourself to enjoy life. Ciao Costa and bravo to all your staff. Russ and sue
