Lord John Russell Pub - London - Photo album

Sunday Roast so had the pork roast with sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans, squash, Yorkshire pudding and applesauce. Delicious! The place was packed, yet service was fast. Had great ambiance.
Sunday roast pork and chicken meals were excellent. Almost like home cooked. Not your typical fried pub fare. Service was good too. We will come back if we ever get back to London.
I'll definitely be coming back here to get a Sunday dinner. Unfortunately, I turned up a bit late so it had stopped but the people who had managed to get one really did enjoy it. A lovely pub.
Charmingly characterful pub with friendly crowd. Feels like your local, but in the centre of town. What's going on with the decor? Who knows. If you just want a decent chilled pint, this is a solid choice in a sea of generic central London pubs. Give it a go if you're in the area.
The most amazing Sunday dinner I have ever had in a pub.. staff are amazing would recommend to everyone the best pub to go to and very reasonable
Very nice traditional pub, good choice of ale and beer 🍺. Stopped for something to eat and was impressed with a very quick and efficient service , staff were very helpful and friendly sausage and mash was lovely 😊 Cheers 🍻
Named after a former Prime Minister, serving twice whilst Queen Victoria looked over the country. What went wrong on the second term, only lasted a year? A fine pub with a good selection beers, keenly priced and good to drink, both cask and keg. Plenty of food on offer with lunch for under a tenner.
Extremely good value, £4.30 for a pint of bitter in central London a stones throw from Euston & Kings Cross St Pancras stations. I visited on a late afternoon so it was quiet but service was friendly and prompt. A good choice of beers, wine and spirits. The kitchen was closed when I visited so can’
Great pub with good prices for central London. Has a good real ale selection as well. They keep to the old closing times, even ringing the bell for last orders.
The hidden ally beside this sweet pub was the best place to enjoy the fish and chip, drinks, and a nice rest after a hectic day. The five stars is for the service (Caroline was the best), for the food (CELIAC FRIENDLY FISH AND CHIPS EEEP), and the atmosphere. There is also a gluten free dessert wooh
Love the beer and cider. Great food but only served on certain days. A bit crowded for sure. Food is awesome and the workers even better.
Awesome place! We didn't order any food or snacks, but first time ever I tried Guinness, and it was veeeeeeery tasty😍 great staff, and great intention! Gonna visit there again when we are coming to London😍 6/5!
Definitely a locals place and family run. Staff are very nice and helpful. Only downside to Sunday lunch, which is lovely, is that roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings are frozen ones, probably aunt Bessie's not hand made. Also, not enough veg. But very tasty
Lovely lady greeted us, she really helped with the menu, and we had an amazing meal, great atmosphere, lovely pub
Very nice pub and the food is lovely I often go over on a Sunday for dinner and the place does be buzz with people great atmosphere and outdoor seating too.
My favourite pub in London, visited last week on Tuesday before the arsenal match. Didn't catch the land lady’s name but she is very welcoming. Fantastic selection of beers on tap. I will definitely be visiting this pub again every time I am in London no doubt about it. Cheers, UP THE GUNNERS
