Fantastic! Followed suggestions of wait staff. Highly recommend eating here!
Cracking night out with a great menu. Nice location !
Food is beautiful, full of flavour. Staff are nicely attentive. I have always enjoyed my evenings here and long to come back.
Love the mouthwatering Mixed Grill, Salmon Tikka and my favourite Chicken Jalfrezei!!!
Amazing Food and Fantastic service!
We went to this place for our team dinner. It's a good place with nice ambience and tasty food.
We ordered different veg and nonveg dishes and each dish was tasty. I would definitely come here for second time and will suggest it to everyone.
We had the non veg thali which consisted of 3 Currys rice naan yoghurt and desert. Everything tasted amazing we were shocked at how good it was. They definitely use the best and fresh ingredients
Enjoyed this thoroughly. Really good tasty food with a very nice wine menu.
Located in Carter Lane it’s easily accessible and has a good cozy atmosphere and interior.
Service was swift and well done.
Bengal Tiger was Absolutely delicious. The Resturant was packed when we arrived without a booing. They managed to squeeze us into the corner, which was impressive as we were a group of 7. The curry selection was fantastic. Huge variety to choose from. Overall, delicious and highly recommended!
Nice Restaurant, busy After 8pm. Friendly and efficent Staffel. We liked the Food very much and can recommend the place
Forgot our naan and we waited a bit long for it to show up. Restaurant was noisy. Food was good but for the price I'd walk down to City Spice on New Bridge.
Very good service and food. Forgot our order of naan bread, but good fresh bread was provided on reminder. Higher priced than suburban curry houses, but good value for the area.
Bengal Tiger Restaurant one of the fines Indian restaurants who has a stocked bar with a bar area to sit at before moving to a table, which we particularly liked as it gives a feeling of the lounge where you are not dumped with food and can enjoy the drink. You are spoil for choice on a large selection of starters, mains, vegetarian dishes & rice/breads as you know it has lot of variety in indian menu. Interestingly, everyone agreed the Duck Tikka was one of the nicest dishes. The Roopchanda (pomfret - fish) dish was a little too spicy but tasty nonetheless, and the selection of dishes from the set menus was spot on. The waiters were very attentive + happy to amend orders when appropriate. Whilst a little more expensive than Brick Lane restaurants, the food quality was much better and well defined. and fab customer service.
Really happy to visit it again.
Delicious Indian food in the Cheapside area with a very colorful bar and vibrant decorations. We order pappadoms and the set menu with Madras chicken. I didn't have that much of the spicy punch you get when you try local Indian food, but the taste was delicious.
Exotic food with well serviced. Restaurant is clean and well managed. Food is delicious. Recommended
Very nice ambience, good staff, good crowd, good menu selection and the loved the food. Though I found it towards the expensive side, it was overall worth it. Didn’t have to wait for the food.
Good food, they can rush you when it's busy though to get another sitting out of the table.
Fantastic Indian, definitely worth a visit. Service was friendly and on point. Try some of the chef's specials. The wine selection is also not bad. Enjoy even a bit later in the evening, in small or big groups. And if you had not tried this before, give the duck a chance, it's a bit different but delicious.
This place is amazing and still prides itself on excellent customer service. I returned after lockdown and the staff were as friendly and accommodating as always and the food is perfect and at a reasonable price with a 5 star meal included! If you want the best Indian takeaway in London head for this place. It is great and just around the corner from St Pauls. Love it!! Thanks for a nice meal as always Bengal Tiger! :)
Great food but the service is a bit abrupt.
We had the express lunch menu with a beer. The food came fairly quickly and the quality was very good. For an express lunch the quantity was quite large as well. However, the service felt very mechanical. You will probably not notice but if you do it seems a bit off. Not enough to stop me from going again.
Tucked down a little side street this restaurant is much bigger than you’d think. There’s plenty of seating upstairs as well as the floor below, with large round tables perfect for big groups. As soon as we entered, without a reservation, the welcoming staff quickly made up a large table with menu and popadoms served within moments. Drinks orders were also promptly taken and it was great for them to have a wide variety of global beers by the bottle.
The decor is nice with a more modern vibe than many Indian restaurants, with of course the feature piece being a large tiger’s skeleton suspended from the ceiling above the stairs (made from metal rather than real!). Everywhere seemed clean and the table was laid well; the toilets were also perfectly adequate.
We went straight to mains which took a little while to come, however for such a large group that was to be expected. There was plenty of space around the table to the numerous sides and breads and best of all everything was really tasty. Good portion sizes, presentation and flavours, with just the right levels of spice you’d expect, meant everyone in the group was impressed. The staff remained proactive throughout the meal at bringing additional drinks but never came across as overbearing, despite us being sat by the bar.
I left at the end of the evening impressed and satisfied! If I was looking for a curry around here again I’d definitely return, especially since the prices weren’t extortionate for the location and quality.
This restaurant is my go to every lunch break! Really good price for the amazing quality of food. Staff are approachable, the manager ensures all customers are taken care of. Highly recommend this place, have recommended this to my friends and family.
Took a bunch of work colleagues here for dinner and it was very nice. We shared a lot of starters and mains and the favourites we the onion bhaji, butter chicken, and lamb chops. I liked the rogan josh as well. Nice service and good value for our crowd.
Great service and excellent food awaits here. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
Pops to start with a good selection on the pickle tray.
Chicken shashlik and chicken tikka for mains; plenty of chicken and really flavoursome.
Quite pricey though once the service tip was automatically added to the bill, however otherwise very good!

I had the lamb samosas, lamb saag, and a chana and red lentil dal. I asked for everything very spicy and it came out perfect for my spice level tolerance. The lamb saag was excellent - tender meat with a complex gravy. Samosas were very good. The dal was fine - nothing special. Staff were not particularly friendly, but efficient and professional. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.
