Stumbled across this lovely place whilst sight seeing at the weekend, only popped in for a drink, however when we saw the delicious food coming out for other customers we decided to eat there. Wasn’t disappointed, food was superb and service was excellent. Highly recommended

I've walked past here so many times and thought it looked tiny and probably expensive due to it's prime position on the river. I'm so glad I went in yesterday with friends, it's a really quirky, historical pub. Lovely atmosphere, great food and very tasty mulled wine. Perfect! I'll be going back very soon. :)

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Catered for my function of 30 adults with apparent ease when we were quite demanding. Selection of drinks more than adequate and food presented perfectly. Thanks for a wonderful evening..

We really wanted to go to an old alehouse, and after our visit to St Paul, we trooped into this place.

Lovely décor (rugby was on), we ordered the quintessential fish and chips along with some onion rings.

The onion rings were delicious while I found the fish a tad bit dry (but then my palette always craves a bit more spice)..

A good visit, and I would love to go there again..

One of the old pubs in London that you can get yourself the traditional British pub food such as bangers and mash or fish and chip. It’s conveniently located in central London and within a walking distance to St. Paul Cathedral. I’ve overheard from the table next to mine that it serves some good Prosecco.

Unfortunately Having moved offices I won’t be going as much as used to but quality pub. Good governor, staff really friendly always happy to chat. Range of beers and cosy pub with the option of outside during summer. Fish and chips was always handy to takeaway back to the office. Discount card always helped as well!

Fun little place. We came back twice, specifically for the sticky toffee pudding. The food was served within a reasonable time, it was hot when it arrived, and tasty. We ordered meat pies, fish and chips, and a sampler platter. The staff was accommodating, and prompt, and I found the decor to be charming - of course Dickens is a favorite author, so how could I not.

Chance discovery, had a lovely family meal there with awesome steak pie, lamb shank, burger and fish and chips as well as good drinks. Lovely owner who let us try the beer before choosing and great service. We can highly recommend it!

Unfortunately not open when I passed but was taken by the signage advertising the history of the pub on this site. Hopefully next time when crossing the millennium bridge.

A really traditional London pub, right next to our hotel. Many locals have their drinks in The Centre Page after work. The pub provides also a more quiet dining area downstairs. Food is excellent, their fruit ciders as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, no waiting times for drinks.

Lovely place. Food was great, so tasty. We had the whole bottom area luckily as we had 5 children with us. Staff were patient with us and very friendly. Only downfall was there is no baby changing area.

I came to this pub after celebrating New Years with a friend of mine by Millenium Bridge. I was pleasantly surprised that the pub was a diamond in the rough, and that there was really no wait to order a drink at the bar. The owner was very nice and even bought us a round of drinks. Definitely a night I won't forget! I really enjoyed the hospitality of the workers!
