Nette Bedienung.Rustikales Ambiente.
Qualitativ gutes Essen (Fischer Salat, frisch zubereitete Speisen vom Grill und Ofen).
Absolut zu Empfehlen.Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Very friendly and warm staff, the food was wonderful and very reasonably priced, we felt like we were really in Turkey. Left feeling full and happy.
One of the most tastiest and perfectly cooked dishes I have had
love this place, and have known the owners from when they first started at archway kebab, then planet kebab, then archgate, great food and nice staff, well worth recomending to people.
The best Turkish restaurant I ever been in London. Just go and try. My family had a great time. Thanks for Harman.
Truly yummy food at reasonable prices. I love this place...
Because of my family's background from Turkey,
I know Turkish food very well and I can strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
You will enjoy the delicious food and desserts with affordable price.
Friendly servers and the comfortable atmosphere make you feel very comfordable when you are having the best Turkish food ever.
Firm Favourite Alice and Rach. I discovered Harman's restaurant with my fiancé when he lived in Archway. We have spent many relaxed Sunday mornings with the papers enjoying their delicious breakfasts and great service. The staff are unfailingly welcoming and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. We have become regulars in the evening as well and are more than happy to travel from South London now that we have moved out of the area. The houmous alone is well worth the journey! I think I have probably sampled most items on the menu and would particularly recommend the Islim Kebab. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly making it a firm favourite and the only restaurant I have ever taken the time to recommend!
Tasty value. I have no idea why this restaurant isn't busy all day. The food is delicious, the prices are low, the service is good and the place is clean. I've been here a handful of times over the past year and a half and have never had a poor meal. I can heartily recommend the mixed mezze platter for two to start - it comes laden with hummus, tzatziki, falafel, some sort of samosa, an interesting beetroot dip and more besides. One of these, with a couple of additional hot mezze, can easily serve four as a starter. For a lunchtime or a smaller meal, there's enough variety to make a whole meal from these starters (which is probably the intention). A lot of the hot food has been grilled over charcoal - including the amazing halloumi - so this lends them a delicious, aromatic smoky flavour. I can't resist the lamb on the mains - the kleftiko here is rich, tender and packed with flavour. On previous visits I've enjoyed the guvec - tender diced lamb in a thick tomato sauce cooked with aubergine and courgette and topped with a generous layer of melted cheese - and the moussaka, and I've never been disappointed. My less carnivorous other half is a fan of the chicken bosphorous - chicken breast in a tomato sauce which comes with an amusing 'sail' of charcoal grilled cured meat, but I have seen some of the selection of fish and vegetarian options being consumed on the other side of my table. They must have been good, as I remember not being allowed to try them.
On my most recent visit, on a Sunday evening, there were six of us and we had starters, mains and two bottles of wine. The bill was £110. For six people. How come people aren't queuing out of the door to take advantage of this?
Mouth watering. Me and my boyfriend ate here the other day it was gorgeous, bringing parents this weekend so they can have a taste highly recommend, [chicken with mushroom and asparagus, wine & cream source have to try it]
Haven't been here in the evening, but lunch at the weekend is good! Would recommend the Meze
I know a girl called Harman. Seeing as we're friends and we get on pretty well I think it follows that we'd have a few things in common. So when I texted her to say I'd spotted a restaurant that shares her name, she was completely on my wavelength. We bot
The best Mediterranean restaurant in the Archway. Excellent food. Great value
Wow what a lovely revamp to this place... Fresh look new menu.. Food is good... Good Turkish food however did not receive 5 stars due to being a bit too pricey for what it is and location
What a tasty food and brilliant place. Wish we had found it sooner. Walking distance from Archway station, this is a place where you should go with an empty stomach and order as much as you can. Everything we have ever ordered has come out full of taste. And even the starting bread is so soft and well made. The serving staff is always smiling and very courteous. Absolutely love this place.
Lovely restaurant. Lovely staff. Lovely food..mentioned it was my grandsons birthday after we finished dinner they played a birthday song and bought him a dessert with candles and everyone applauded him. Such a lovely thoughtful gesture...We're definitely going back. Thanks to everyone.
A nice place and the staff were friendly. Visited with a large group (about 15 people) and there was more than enough room to seat us. The food was really tasty and the portion sizes were decent, and their prices are pretty great as well! I would definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to go back
The best Mediterranean in the area, I loved all the food they had on offer, the portions are massive for the price and I've probably been about 10 times and loved it.
Its a bit unknown I think because of the location, but you should make the trip if you are near Archway and want a great bit of food.
Really good food, tasty and a bit different. The apricot chicken was really nice, sticky sweet but still edge of tangy sauce. Service was probably a bit too good in that we were in and out in 40 mins...
My husband and I have eaten at Harman 2 days in a row, we are staying in the neighborhood for a visit.
First off, the service is excellent! Both nights we were given a complimentary mezzo with our bread. The first night we ordered the chicken wings which came with rice and salad. Some of the best wings we have ever eaten. Grilled, moist and delicious. We also ordered the meatballs which also came with rice and a salad. The red sauce the meatballs were served in was very tasty and included onions, peppers and potatoes.
The next evening we went back for more chicken wings! We also ordered the lamb shish. The lamb was tender and juicy. So, so good! Our server remembered us from the previous night and both nights engaged us in conversation making us feel welcomed and appreciated.
I can't say enough about Harmans. If you like Mediterranean/ Turkish food, you must go there.
Ordered from Harman restaurant for the first time recently and I was very pleasantly delighted. The food was fresh and delicious! The service was also pleasant, too. Next time we will be eating in as the restaurant looked welcoming and a nice place to have a meal out.
Lovely restaurant cooking authentic dishes in a lovely setting.
Very welcoming on a cold night.
I was offered a free dish of freshly baked bread and a dish of houmous, which was unexpected and very welcome.
Thoroughly enjoyable.
Second time I've been, as I'm working in London.
Excellent quality food, fantastic presentation, great ambience and outstanding service.
Prices are reasonable considering this is London and it's a restaurant.
Delicious food served by people who really care about presentation. The spinach crepes are the best! The free turkish delight with the bill is a nice touch, and it's always nice to pay less than 15 pounds for a bottle of wine. Often doesn't take cards.
Good food and friendly service. They do a decent Long Island Ice Tea too. It's also very good value and two people can have a good fill including drinks for around £35. Worth checking out
