The food was quick to arrive (except for one of the kids’ burgers where there was a mistake) and they handled my special order (chicken instead of salmon) very well. Mix of reasonably healthy offerings for those that care and fast food type options for the kids.
Great service & tasty meal for a large group
We booked a table for 23 - mix of kids and adults. Eric took our orders and served us with good humour and kept the drinks and food coming. Everything was tasty well cooked. All in all a great family friendly restaurant.
They sold me as soon as I saw “Texas BBQ” on the menu. I had the ribs, mango daiquiri, and churros. The apple-filled churros I took to-go. The food was all a delicious detour from my mainly vegetarian week. The ribs were amazingly tender and fell off the bone. My mango daiquiri had the right amount
Excellent quality food that's a little bit different to the normal chains but equally, it's not too expensive. Fast and efficient service, good flavours, fresh and tasty, good presentation, decent beer selection, pleasant and attentive staff and fairly easy to find across the UK. Always worth a vis

Welcoming staff very quick service. Great choice on menu. My husband and I both enjoyed our meal very much. Great 2 for 1 cocktail deal even non alcoholic ones.
Great customer service and atmosphere! The food is affordable. We had the 3 tapas set to share (£14)- crispy duck buns, tacos, and karaage. The buns were a bit dry and didn't have as much duck as I expected, but the other two dishes were good.
Edit: The blueberry banana pancakes were disappointing-
We visited during the lunchtime, very busy place, but we got a table. Very friendly staff. Nice fresh lemonade and indian chicken curry. Prices are good.
Friendly place, expected something fat since it said it's "feel good food", and boy did it feel good. It wasn't actually fat although it's still fried food.
Staff is lovely, was a great first meal in Britain.

Wow!!!!! What Amazing place, the food was sooooooooo good and the service so nice and friendly. I didn't even stoped to take pics of the food and drinks it was that good. Trust me this is my new favorite place in London!
I would say the service was great, and the manager that attend us she did offered us a special treatment, we were a large group so obviously our needs were multiplied, she did handle it very well. She deserves a reward for her hard work.

I’ve always loved Giraffe and this location is great! The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The service was lacking a bit due to poor communication but the waitresses were helpful. Overall a pleasant visit. Be warned, it can get very busy very quickly as it’s quite small.
Tasty food, good non-alcoholic cocktails. Lucked out as there is a deal on burgers on Tuesdays, and cocktails were 2-4-1 when we went! Had nice waitress and overall service was good.
