Amazing food in a gorgeous restaurant. Service was great, from checking our coats to food and drinks. The view was very nice, I imagine it'd be really nice in summer.

Location is great, venue is very comfortable with lots of places to sit, Service is great.
It has a nice outside Balcony area with Tables and Chairs, that looks like it would be great to use in the Summer - being on the 8th floor also means it has great views too 👍

A very great and impressive location. When you stand in front of the entrance you don't expect this. But when you take the elevator to the eighth floor, it becomes very elegant and stylish. The restaurant convinces on the whole line and the roof terrace invites you to linger. The lunch table was very good in price and quality which was not to be expected. Again and again.

We had a lovely experience in this private members club at the restaurant. We had a nine course tasting menu with a glass of sparkly through a Groupon deal.
Well worth the £58 paid for two and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and food. We were completely stuffed by the end of it.

Popped in for a breakfast meeting. Some of the table space outside the library was a bit too noisy due to people on calls without headphones but the lounge area was great.
Having subsequently visited again, it was much quieter and a really lovely setting however we had to wait a long time for our food despite it being quiet.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner at the Quartier Restaurant. The place is classic refine, with lovely interns and art around. The terrace is nice, the view isn’t excellent, but we liked ding outside, even at the end of October.
The cuisine is European-English based, the food wasn’t bad but we were expecting a bit more from a fine dining. We really loved the goat cheese and beetroot cake, the star dish for us, and I really liked the aubergine caviar with teriyaki glazed Shiitake mushrooms.
We had two chameleon cocktails, tequila based, which were incredible and the presentation with the drink that changes colour was very enjoyable.
The service was impeccable and overall we had a very nice evening.

The food was excellent, however it may have been nice if the waiting staff were not quite so perfunctory, although this was probably their training. Overall a very nice experience.
