The Espresso Room - London - Photo album

Small coffee shop with no indoor seating but who cares when you can get a good well prepared coffee. A flat white, on this occasion, served at an ideal temperature , good strength and not a hint of bitterness.
One of the best little places in London. Great espresso/latte! Surprisingly London doesn't have that many good espresso cafes. Be careful ... Just because some have a $3000 machine doesn't mean that they make good drinks.
This is a lovely space and the coffee here is very good! My only quibble is that the service can be slow - I waited about 10 minutes for my coffee last time. Other than that, this is a great place to go for superb coffee!
Good food but the coffee...... Long queue at the cashier but hot food came surprisingly quick. Little bit pricey.
Decaf flat white, a macchiato and two muffins. The coffee is really very good and the muffins fresh and fruity. Just a shame there wasn’t anywhere to sit inside.
My favourite coffee place near LSE. Excellent coffee and really friendly baristas. Love how they offer non-dairy options at no additional costs! And there’s also a 10% discount for students!
This place is a hidden gem in London. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. These people take coffee seriously. The espresso is excellent, with well balanced acidity. Amazing.
A nice place to eat and relax. Very friendly staff. A large variety of healthy and freshly prepared food. Daily specials include sandwiches, soups and salads. Plus good coffee.
visiting from out of town, love coffee and they made an excellent flat white. good spot for a pre-work caffeine kick.
The Espresso Room has downsized and moved across the road but I'm thankful it and the cheerful, friendly coffee baristas have survived lockdown. The coffee is still just as good, as are the cakes and pastries. Though I work from home now I always make a point of visiting when I come into the office.
Service is good, and coffee is amazing. Normally come here for take away coffee. Sometimes need to wait for a bit.
Great food (savoury and sweet) for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a snack. Coffees are really good too. Environment and atmosphere is really chilled and laid back and you are never rushed out. You can just take your time to enjoy a coffee and read or do some work. Great location too, close to Holborn.
I love the location of this cafe - being just off Lincoln's Inn Fields and away from the main road, it's not uncomfortably packed like many central London cafes. The indoors seating area is light and airy, so perfect for brunch and papers. I haven't tried their cooked breakfasts but the muffins are
The egg royale is absolutely delicious! The bread was just nice - not too tough or too crumbly - and the eggs were perfect and the salmon was yummy! The coffee was also of a pretty high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. A great place to chill out for breakfast or brunch (although i
Smart and surprisingly large coffee shop ticket off one of Lincoln's Inn Fields side streets. A large range of home-made cakes and pastries as well as a decent brunch-style menu means this place is great for a quick pre-meeting coffee as well as a more relaxed, languid visit. They serve a small ra
I had lovely time here with my daughter and in-laws over brunch. Coffee specialities are perfection - so aromatic and beautifully presented, simply lovely. Food is also delectable. The poached eggs on sourdough have got to be the best eggs I've had in quite some time. The sourdough is very well done
