We didn't have reservations but it was early in the week and we got seated immediately. It was quite busy for a Monday evening. We had drinks, beer and prosecco and ordered pizza. One veggie with goat cheese and one with meat which included ham and pepperoni. We also ordered a starter of mushrooms and requested for everything to come together. Pizzas were so tasty. We also shared a dessert, the chocolate cake and that was really good too. Overall I found it to be a very positive experience. There were 3 birthday celebrations. Service was also very good. Very pleased and will return.

Prompt professional service. Great choice of food all freshly cooked. Comfortable seating outside and plenty of seating inside. No onsite parking. You will not be disappointed.

My first visit to Cocorico in Whetstone - with a recommendation for the chilli 🌶 sauce - apparently better than Nandos'. Unfortunately, the expectations weren't met, and the sauce in the bottle was less flavoursome. The char grilled half chicken was good, with fries and salad, good value for a restaurant in London Boroughs. Finished with the home made tirasimu which lacked the flavour of any alcohol. That was a miss for me but perhaps their normal clients would not miss it.

I had the pleasure of dining at this charming Italian restaurant recently, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the warm and cozy ambiance set the tone for a memorable evening. To begin, the service was impeccable. Our waiter was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the cuisine. He offered helpful recommendations and made us feel welcome from the get-go. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu featured a wide range of Italian classics, from pasta dishes to wood-fired pizzas and delectable appetizers. We started with the bruschetta, which was bursting with flavor, thanks to the ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil. For our main courses, I opted for the traditional lasagna, while my dining partner went for the chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were executed to perfection. The lasagna was layered with rich, savory flavors, and the chicken Alfredo was creamy and indulgent without being overly heavy. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the homemade tiramisu for dessert. It was light, yet incredibly flavorful, with just the right amount of coffee and cocoa to balance the sweetness. What truly impressed us was the restaurant’s commitment to using fresh and high-quality ingredients. It was evident in every bite, making for an authentic Italian dining experience. The wine list was extensive, featuring a selection of Italian wines that complemented our meal wonderfully. The attentive staff helped us choose a wine that paired perfectly with our dishes. In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant was cozy with dimmed lighting and tasteful Italian decor. It was the kind of place where you could enjoy a romantic dinner for two or celebrate a special occasion with a group of friends. One aspect worth noting is the value for money. The portions were generous, and considering the quality of the food and service, the prices were more than reasonable. In conclusion, this Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. It offered a perfect blend of delicious cuisine, impeccable service, and a cozy ambiance. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an authentic Italian dining experience.”

The price is fair and the food is excellent. The best Italian in the area by a long shot. Staff are always friendly and polite. Some do speak some Italian so I get odd looks sometimes as they don’t understand.

Decent food slightly expensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cured meat selection was nice but small for the price or at least the quality didn’t live up to that price . Chardonnay white wine was fantastic and easy to drink. Chicken liver was good but slightly over cooked. Fried mozzarella was really tasty. We asked for bread and butter ( not very Italian though) the bread wasn’t toasted and tasted like a below average white toast which is disappointing for such a place. Having said that, overall everything was good.

A wonderful Italian restaurant. The interior design is very nice and modern. I came here with family and they enjoyed it. The food is phenomenal. I had the Eliana pizza. It has large slices of ham. It wasn't too big nor too small. Very filling. After that, for dessert I tried the Italian Cheese cake. It was very sweet and it comes with some cream. Delicious. For drinks, all I had was water, and then pineapple juice which was nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There were lots of Birthdays here tonight, giving us a party-like atmosphere. The music was quite loud but I guess it's expected in big restaurants like this. The place was well organised. It was nice to see the manager making sure everything runs smoothly. Overall I had a great time here. I recommend. ^_^

Fair score is 4.5 as I couldn't find any issues with the food and service except a hair in my wife's food which they removed from the bill. Portions are generous and the environment is also a positive point. Overall highly recommended

Nice restaurant in Whetstone, friendly and welcoming staff. I opted for the canneloni, which was nice, and the garlic pizza bread starter. Tiramisu was disappointing but would recommend the restaurant overall.

Amazing venue! We had this hired out for a wedding reception and the staff were phenomenal, we were a huge group and yet the staff and manager sorted everything out perfectly despite the difficulties we brought. Highly recommend, the food was lovely too - pizza especially!

Place looks lovely, I ordered the pizza and although portion was fantastic the actual flavour wasn't. Definitely could be better but would go again to try something else. Staff accommodating. Made sure to check ingredients in food for allergens etc. Very knowledgeable

Overall good place, however some dishes are much better than other so be careful what you order. The level of noise is too high, not sure if it is the music or eco in the room. The service is very good, the staff are lovely

One of the best local Italian restaurants that has a large selection of dishes. The portions are generally large. They still offer set lunch menu, even on a Saturday that many other rivals have stopped such an offer. The only thing I don't like is their "dark" deco/atmosphere, even in a sunny afternoon, it feels too dark sitting inside.
