Aquum has had a makeover in both its design and its format, with the addition of a restaurant making it a more versatile day-to-night destination. Taking over the kitchen is Head Chef Anastasios Tologlou (previously at Medlar, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Coloniales Huerta in Valencia), who has conceived a menu inspired by his Greek roots and his experience in some of the world’s top restaurants. The new menu features a variety of light dishes, sharing plates and mains. During the evening, we tried some delicious tasters, such as the Razor Clam and Black Eyed Bean Salad and the particularly fun Halloumi Martini – described as a ‘modern twist on the classic Cypriot dish’, featuring grilled Halloumi cheese soaked in a herb essence.
This I a really cool bar! It starts of as a quiet, really nice, normal bar and as the night goes on the curtains are lowered on the big glass windows that face the main street, overtaking a club atmosphere. The bar tenders here are amazing! Having them make you a drink is a show! They throw the bottles, glasses, jungle with your mixes etc. Really cool place to go to! Plus it’s next to a lot of different really good restaurant, so it’s quite convenient for a night out!
First time here. We were looked after by Cindy. What a lovely, bubbly beautiful amazing woman. She made sure we were okay, brilliant service, very funny. We felt at home because of Cindy. She made sure our drinks were topped up before we finished them. Thank you so much for your amazing service x
Had a 3 course meal here which was absolutely amazing, fantastic food. Stayed after 10pm also when the club opens at about 10.30 and had a great night, play good music, predominantly rnb and hip hop. Good both for food and the clubbing. Will come here again for either!
Visited yesterday for my cousins birthday and was very impressed. Very upscale, the decor, the lighting and the table were all so beautiful. The food and the drinks were absolutely delicious I woke up still thinking about it. Our server was a sweetheart. My cousin was told her name is Molly (I hope that's correct) but she was wonderful, and also the friendly blonde who cleared our table, apologies I didnt catch her name. Also the magician who blew my mind was absolutely amazing. Cant fault the place at all. The service was A1 we will definitely visit again soon.
Giuseppe was so fantastic and so fabulous- he is so lovely and the best thing about the venue. He is 11/20 and they are so lucky to have him - I hope they look after him properly. He was so knowledgable about spirits and I learnt so much from him- he made my entire evening and I would not come back without his expertise- I will be back just for guiseppe!
We went there for a 90s games event, we didn't expect the food was also extremely good.
The pool is fun even for us 30+ 😅 overall a nice place. The brunch was great, we would return
An amazing experience with aquum, I hired out their mezzanine room for my 21st and everything was extremely smooth sailing since the get go. The DJ, the staff, even the magician, the night was definitely one to remember. Not to mention the amazing cocktails and the lovely videographer (Ronnie Martine) who produced an incredible video which I will keep forever! Terry was so accommodating since the first day I queried about the venue - he was extremely easy to work with and he went above and beyond to ensure it was the best night possible. I couldn’t have celebrated my birthday at a better place - Aquum see you for my dirty thirties?👀
Absolutely amazing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday. Thank you guys. The food was amazing and the drinks were lovely. The service was also great and the server (I believe she was called Molly) was amazing even though there was a large group of us. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. Lovely experience on the rooftop for a small meal and cocktails! Unfortunately they don’t have happy hour anymore but the food itself was delicious - we ordered the crispy calamari, the souvlaki and some oven baked sweet potato wedges. Service was also friendly and attentive.
Brilliant Customer Service and excellent food. Small weekday menu cooked to a high quality (the sweet potato wedges are divine!). Only 4 stars because they rushed to get us to pay, hardly giving us the chance to look through the Bill.
As usual such a good night. Love the vibes the music and just such a good place to go. Can’t fault it thank you again for another good night. New food menu also is really good the chicken kebab is unreal
Service was great, atmosphere was great, there was a lot of variety when it came to the music.

Went to Aquum for spontaneous drinks and shisha with my husband. Staff were very accommodating and very polite. We were seated on the roof terrace which is a lovely cosy space with heating and ample seating. Would highly recommend the tropical ice tea which is delicious! Music is an absolute vibe; would highly recommend visiting.
Original gourmet dishes from chef and a lively burlesque-style entertainment evening. To drink there were excellent fresh fruity cocktail ideas too. A dynamic evening.
I’ve attended multiple LGBTQIA events here with RM events, and have had a great night ever time. Ronnie is great at organising fun and inclusive events 😊
