🚇 Tower Hill 🍺 £6.65 Heineken ❤️ A casual atmospheric City boozer. . The Cheshire Cheese is located under the arches of the railway line entering Fenchurch Street Station. Unfortunately, the station doesn’t have a Tube connection, Tower Hill Tube is just a two minute walk away. . There has been a pu
Great pub. Good prices on drinks. Excellent service especially from Ermiyas. He pulled the perfect ping of Landlord. Also - I have to say - the toilets were immaculate… often times pub toilets are just a bit… well… not good. But here - they are spotless. We will be certain to return. Great plac
Had an absolutely wonderful lunch, staff was attentive, atmosphere was incredible and the food was delicious my family had a great time! :-) the fact that Charles Dickens used to hang out here makes it even that more special
Is this one of the best pubs in London? Seems like it. Burger and a pint of Guinness for £12.90! Great food and great staff (especially Taylor 😉). Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pub with character and affordable grub.
My recent visit to Cheshire Cheese for their Sunday dinner was nothing short of spectacular.   From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm and rustic decor that perfectly matched the Sunday dinner atmosphere or also quite inviting to swing by for a beer. The staff were attenti
Great place to enjoy a good bite, a pint and some sports. Really enjoyed my time here. They were very short staffed when we were there I think, but still managed to provide us with good service. The location is just lovely, like you step right into a film!
There is not many places for food around this area on sunday but next to hotel im staying, this pub does roast dinner which was really good and up to my standards they have option to add roasties or yorkies for free and great beer selection, staff helpful and friendly
Great price, great food, friendly staff. Show them your Tower of London stub and they even give you 10% off. For less than 35 pounds we got drinks and two delicious pub entrees. The food was tops
Can’t stress enough how good this place is. Proper little boozer in the heart of the city. Great drinks, great food and great atmosphere. Would recommend
Staff is excellent. We had the fish and chips. Portions were generous, the fish batter was light and flaky and not greasy. Price was very affordable. Highly recommend for a nice casual night out. We will definitely return!
Really delicious food with a wonderful range of options. Food was delivered quickly and the service was really warm. Can't wait to visit again!
Very nice service. Fair prices. It’s a „value pub“. Nothing fancy but good food and drinks.
Great fish and chips. The fish was very light and flaky and quite large. Good beer selection and friendly staff. The prices were very affordable. Would recommend for a nice lunch spot or a pint.
Good place for a Beer when waiting for a train at Fenchurch street. It is also close to Tower Hill tube station. Was quiet when I visited after work but may return. Second visit a week later and it was a little busier.
