Absolutely love this place! My favourite for a cheeky Pad Thai and Firecracker! The food is wonderfully fresh with all food cooked openly! Fast moving but very trendy And always a must go!

Wagamama, in Westfield, is normally very busy, but we arrived early for lunch so we were seated swiftly. They have a system in place for fast service; waiters are equipped with handheld devices to take orders which are then directly transmitted to the kitchen where they start making your food straight away. It reduces the time taken for the waiter to go back and forth to the kitchen, which is great when the restaurant is busy. The food is brought to you as soon as it is ready. This means that you don’t necessarily get your starters before your mains and you will probably be watching your friend eat their food before yours turns up, but at least your food will always arrive hot.

This is a great place to grab lunch and refuel after or during a shopping trip in Westfield! Wagamama is well known for its signature oriental dishes, and on average just £10 per person. Another great thing about this place is that you don't have to wait long for your food to arrive! The interior is spacious and bright with plenty of seating available. And the staff are always happy to help..

After shopping for hours at Westfield me and my husband finally headed to Wagamamas for lunch. Between us we ordered chicken gyoza, tori kara age, firecracker chicken and chilli men prawn. As is expected at Wagamamas, all our food arrived together. The portion of tori kara age was quite small but was delectable nonetheless. Chicken gyoza reminded me of momos back home! Moving on to main course, firecracker chicken as the name suggest was incredibly hot. We gulped down quite a few glasses of water before we got done with it. Infact, chilli men prawn seemed bland in comparison! However, both the dishes were as per our expectations and much to our liking. All in all a great eating joint however the service could be improved.

After a long shopping spree at Westfield, I decided to grab a quick bite at Wagamama. The place was packed and I could see all the servers running from one end to another, quite expected.

This is a canteen style restaurant with long tables with benches (yes, just like Hogwarts), and we were seated on one end of one of these benches and someone came in less than a minute and asked if we were ready to order (of course we were not). Then after a couple of minutes, I decided I would have the miso soup and the ''firecracker''. My friend ordered the humble Katsu curry. Some drinks too. The lady quickly noted it down and scribbled something on the paper mats that were on our table.

The miso soup and the Katsu curry came together, which was to be very frank a bit weird. My assumption is that because the Katsu curry is heavily ordered, they have someone who is producing that dish at the speed of light with or without an order for that dish. Soon enough, even my firecracker arrived and it delivered on the chilli signs it had next to it on the menu. I really enjoyed my dish, the service not so much. Overall, I left as a satisfied customer, however I was left confused whether this was more fast food type of a chain or a sit-down dinner place. I do not recommend this place if you wanted a nice evening out with your loved one's as you would probably have to scream to be heard and yes the benches are not at all comfortable. Quick-bite? - YES! go ahead.

An eclectic range of asiatic dishes. Zinging spices which stay on your palette. Succulent chicken blends with the beautiful aromas of the lemon grass. It's hectic yet swells of calm encompass you. As the sound of cooking utensils echoes between the angular protrusions of the ceiling. The glint in the eyes of the friendly waitresses makes them approachable and endearing. Toilets are well kept and this review was posted via their free wifi.

I have been to this place before and it’s really nice. But this time it also said noodle bar in its name or maybe I didn’t notice it before last year?! Anyhow the food is amazing, I ordered a firecracker prawn rice dish and it was super spicy. For a Asian it should be doable (still very spicy) but I would not recommend for someone with low spice tolerance. My husband got a fish dish it was amazing 🤩 We loved the vibe and the food was yummy. You can pay without any hassle using the scanner on the table.

Food was very tasty. I loved the new oyster mushroom skewers and the squid but ramen was lukewarm. Didn't wait long to be seated. Service was ok. Overall good experience. Might visit again.

Delicious food ,so fresh and tasty. They have a separate menu with items on that you are not able to get in other wags, like some dishes they are trying out . Nice clean toilets ,although they are down a flight of stairs, so not great in your bursting or disabled? They might have a lift ,I'm not sure, tbh I didn't look.

Went for a quick bite for dinner. Wasn't too busy but was directed to a table quickly. The food also came rapidly and was delicious. Especially the tama squid balls. Really enjoyed it!

Great Wagamama here. What you see is what you get, like any other, but the food always slaps and the service is on point. Only downside being the regular changes to menus - another guest expected a certain katsu salad (still really tasty), but received something slightly different. I suppose it’s good to keep variety different!

The food was okay here. I ordered the Grilled Duck Donburi. I wasn’t wowed but it was bad. I got a Cherry Blossom Lemonade, which I served in a small glass. I’ve been to other Wagamama’s in the past and they used to serve the drink in a larger glass. For the price, it honestly wasn’t worth it. The service at this branch was okay, everyone was friendly however my server didn’t seem to know what items I was ordering and would ask for the item number. I also ordered some water, but this didn’t arrive. Overall, okay place to eat if your shopping in Oxford Street or Carnaby Street. However if you want authentic Asian food, I would recommend walking to China Town.

I’ve been to this branch many times for takeaway, and every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a lovely experience. The staff are so kind and welcoming - special mention to Rowel and Asma for being extra friendly and welcoming on my last visit - their service was impeccable. The food came out quickly and tasted great, as usual. Definitely worth visiting this branch if you’re in the area.

Loved their food offering, which was full of flavour. Particularly was a big fan of their Chicken Yakitori, although I do wish that portion had been larger. Service was great and we had the seats right next to the chef where we could see what was being prepared.

I enjoyed a lot vegan ramen with soy ‘meat’ got warned hot spiciness and tried to neutralize spiciness with a bowl of plain cooked sticky rice. It worked perfectly as I was enormously hungry. Spicy blueberry drink was great too.

We had excellent service, waited only 5-6 minutes to get into the store. We were handed the menu as we waited. Polite and friendly staff, the food was great but the cherry blossom lemonade was spectacular!!

We arrived quite late on a Sunday evening (21:30), so we were relieved that they were open and still serving. Service was a little slow, I'm sure they were winding down for the evening. The food was hot and delicious though. Restaurant was quite quiet, so we even got a booth to ourselves and didn't have to share a table ;)

Everything was good, the katsu curry could have been a bit better, but the overall experience was positive. The Music inside could be a little bit lower because you have to speak loudly due the the volume being a tad high. The service was very good though!

Fantastic friendly staff and service. Food was gorgeous and nice big portions. And the building has such great character, you can sit in lines or table booths. Just a oasis of yumminess away from the crazy streets. Cater for allergies very efficiently too.
