This is probably my new best pizza place in London. The menu is very small but they have specials and will modify/add to your pizza. The dough is crispy and thin, good sauce and plenty toppings. Definitely will go back!
On a blustery and cold autumn Sunday, Mamma Dough's was a great place to hang out, read the papers and eat a pizza lunch. The restaurant is light filled from its large windows, spacious and nicely decorated with stripped wood floors and exposed brick walls. A big pizza oven in one corner is a key room feature and great to be able to see the pizzas prepared and cooked nearby. However, the pizzas themselves were the highlight. Sour dough bases which were both not too thick or too thin were fantastic and the toppings were equally first rate, the ingredients being high quality and clearly no skimping on costs. In my view these were better than Franca Manca nearby in Brixton Market but this will be subjective and to people's personal tastes. For me the base had a bit less dough and more tomato sauce and slightly more generous with the other toppings which made the Mamma Dough's versions superior. In any case, competition surely a good thing and look forward to a second visit soon.
We really enjoyed the pizza, the dough is amazing. Goat cheese and caramelised onion were unexpectedly nice toppings. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet. Make sure you check in advance for offers (student/NHS discounts, 50% off Mondays etc.). We paid a bit under £35 for two pizzas, one sparkling water (750ml - although in the menu it does not specify the size) and 12.5% *optional* service charge that they add to the bill without asking.
Lovely pizza and amazing service. Pizza wasn't too heavy and was the right amount, we all finished and didn't feel bloated at all. There's a good few options to choose from and dedicated vegan options too. Nice vibe inside, it's sort of minimalist and rugged but still warm and comfortable. Will go again for sure!
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The best in London for sure! Great service even though it was close to closing time. And the industrial look is amazing!

Being an Italian and quite fussy about pizza I have to admit I was reluctant.
Please don’t be fooled but this.
Restaurant was full,I meet a fellow Italian,and suggested to take a special Friarielli pizza.
I loved it.also went for his beer suggestion Romeo village.

I cannot say much regarding the service nor the atmosphere as I did take away but the food was great!! Was taken away with the Nduja and Parmesan bread, very original and tasty as well as the Beatrice pizza with rosemary, butternut squash, feta, pine nuts and mozzarella as well as tomato sauce. It was great and will be going back!
Really great pizza especially at half price on Mondays.
Service could be a little better but I think one guy was new so can't hold that against anyone. It was a hot day but no excuse for red wine being served warm.
Love this (somewhat) hidden pizza place in brixton. Great service and a delicious selection of pizzas. You never feel rushed here (which my friend and I who haven't seen each other in nearly 5yrs were grateful of!), and the staff are super friendly. Always a go-to for a quieter lunch in relaxing surroundings.
The best pizza I have ever had, not much of a pizza fan, but this was Gorgeous, the Service was fabulous, could not fault, the pizza Oven was huge, very rustic, but lovely at the same time.

Really good pizzas, the dough is simple soft and tasty and reminds me Italy! I dont think you can go wrong if choosing this place for an evening out, delivery was quick, service good, only good words.
