Ottimi spaghetti al ragù fatto dal chef, dolce tiramisù fatto in casa, ottimo vino prezzo contenuto , starter spaghetti dolce bicchiere di vino 19.00 £
It's a shame that the Spaghetti House recently changed their signage as it used to have an original neon sign that was much more indicative of the experience you'll have here; it's new front looks suspiciously cheap. Don't be fooled though, Spaghetti House serves really great, Italian home cooking. The inside remains untouched, slightly beat up murals adorn the walls along with hand painted menu boards, there's no pretence here. A favourite with the locals (no surprise), if you don't feel like cooking but don't fancy eating out then this is your compromise. Super friendly service and an excellent bowl of pasta served to you quick.
We tried this restaurant randomly as we were looking for a cheap place to eat but we were amazed by the whole experience! the sign at the entrance reminds me of a chain fast food restaurant, and the decor is a bit tired, but what a gem is hidden behind the first look! service is very friendly, and food is excellent. We took a pizza that was as good at those you find in Italy (I am very demanding with Italian food as I spent many years in Italy) and the other dishes were very tasty, fresh and well presented. Prices are extremely low for a type of food you would get for much more in other Italian restaurants.
It looks like this place is a favorite among locals, and now I can see why! go there with no hesitation, I really think it's worth it!
The food was really good and came in big portions. The prices are very reasonable as well and cheaper than other places in the neighborhood.
Service was attentive and quick.
The only « bad » thing is the location. We came on a Friday night and the noises from the street (cars, ambulances etc) did impact the atmosphere of the place.
I enjoyed an amazing Fiorentina pizza here. There were many other tasty dishes on the menu but I'd not had pizza for ages, It was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious; the dough was perfect, there was plenty of topping and the cheese was flavoursome and stretchy! For pudding, I had some homemade tirimasu and it was glorious, all creamy and soft. The atmosphere of this restaurant is welcoming and warm. It is decorated in such a way that you could believe you were literally in Italy in a taverna having authentic Italian food after a busy day sightseeing. A must-visit if you're in the area.

We’ve just arrived in England from South Africa and this was our first trip to London. We walked all day and were knackered at the end.
What we found here was amazing! We used to own Italian restaurants for many years and I hate to say it, but that Gorgonzola sauce was better than mine! The Quattro, the carbonara and tag al salmone were excellent! Service was very attentive but not intrusive.
Ambience was lovely.
Well done folks and thank you!
Good value lunch stop here, generous portions of tasty Italian pasta washed down with an Italian beer. Lots of garlic in the garlic bread which we loved!!
I first found Spaghetti House after playing football across the street in Tufnell Park a few years ago, by accident really. What I found with my Dad was an absolute gem of a restaurant. They have a good variety of options food-wise. I usually go for the Pizza, but the Pasta, Calzone and Meat dishes are all good options too. Prices for these meals usually vary between £8-15, so fantastic value. The beers and wine are reasonably priced too.
Despite being part of a chain, I have to say that that is not the vibe you get at all in this restaurant. It is homely, owned (at least in part I believe?) by the staff and a hugely relaxing setting to eat in. The food is great, the prices are very good, but the best part of Spaghetti House is without question the service. You are always greeted with a smile, a handshake, and if you're lucky perhaps even a free shot at the end.
The restaurant is just opposite the Tufnell Park Dome, which does quite a few gigs around the year. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend popping into the Spaghetti House for a fantastic meal!
Great experience at this relaxed trattoria. Probably the best gnocchi gorgonzola I have ever had. Felt really welcome and loved the warm atmosphere
The pasta and pizza are both excellent. Best Italian food in the area.
Lovely place good Italian food I had spaghetti carbonara and garlic pizza bread all was great didn't take to long either
Quite a small restaurant but the food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. The prices are also reasonable. We celebrated my Mum's birthday here and the staff were very accommodating. All eight of us left feeling very satisfied :) I'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. Thanks Spaghetti House.
