Great to have this shop in the area. Love just sitting down reading and relaxing with a coffee. Although you should try their tea as its very good indeed, in fact above excellent. Friendly and helpful staff too so what's not to like?!

Excellent coffee and space, with nice ambience and good staff and a wide range of different coffee types and Italian desserts, and a nice space outside to sit in the sun. The closing hours on weekends are a bit early though, the only thing which could be improved which we noticed.
Came here for a quick lunch from the office and was glad to see a rather quiet cafe with some empty seats.
Vibes were chill and cosy, the cafe was decorated with Halloween themed props which was nice and festive.
Ordered an americano and a hazelnut croissant coming to a total of £6.70, fairly affordable in the Victoria area. Americano was large for a regular size, hence good value for money. It's smooth and strong, no sour after taste which was exactly how I like my coffee. Croissant was alright, it had the subtle hint of lemon/ citrusy taste in the pastry which I don't usually like but the hazelnut/ Nutella filling made up with the nutty sweetness. Could have done with much more filling but it was a nice pastry overall.
Would be happy to come back regularly for their coffee and I want to try other pastries next time.
Lovely cafe in Pimlico, always popular, simple menu but drinks are all very good. Pastries look very delicious. Nice place to go on weekend morning.
Fantastic coffee shop, I cannot recommend it enough. Their coffee and pastries are fantastic, the staff is lovely, and it’s the type of cafe you could relax all morning in with your latte.
Beautiful space, great atmosphere and delicious drinks and food! I enjoyed sitting in the window, watching the world go by and relaxing to a delicious flat white and a cinnamon bun. Would definitely recommend The Roasting.

Amazing location in the heart of the big smoke! We were over on holiday from New Zealand and we are so glad we visited! lovely pastries and coffee! a must visit and would be our local if we lived around the corner. Friendly staff and cool atmosphere.
My local Italian cafe - really good jar of iced decaf or hot decaf, depending on the day. Always busy, but never rushed. Good selection of fresh sandwiches/bagels for lunch. Can get a bit crowded on a sunny day, so come early! Fairly large sharing/work table inside though, so there's always somewhere to sit.
What a surprise found after visiting the Sunday Adams Antique Fair at Vincent square. Such a relaxing cafe with bright interior and open street view 😌
Lovely atmosphere and coffee - my wife appreciates the vegan croissant too. The locals are a very nice community of people. Very dog-friendly. You get the occasional coffee that’s a bit off but they have happily remade it on those occasions.

Came on a busy Sunday afternoon to escape the cold. Great atmosphere inside and very warm. Coffee was absolutely excellent, quiet light roast though. Staff were absolutely excellent and very friendly.
Definitely come for a quick coffee or sit in if you are able to get a seat. Not a lot of space but great spot to relax and have a chat or work on your laptop.
