Wonderful place, I think the best Red Velvet cake all over London. Crew very nice, if you want to have a nice breakfast in Notting Hill it's the right place!

Comfortable surroundings and wonderful display of pastries & cakes. Tea and warmed scone was superb. There's obviously locals visiting often, a dog walker called in for his bread as well as visitors, like myself, calling in for a refreshment or treat. Hope to visit again when in the area.

Mom's and my favorite is the goat cheese focaccia, and we buy it every time we visit Notting Hill. Delicious!

Our Sunday breakfast favourite. The cakes and the bread are so beautiful we end up forgetting how difficult it is to get a seat...

I am sorry but I disagree with ZaraB's review. Paul Rhodes serves great food. They make the best blueberry cheesecake in the town. I have taken many friends to this place and everyone swears by their cheesecake. It's fabulous. Period.

Also try their chocolate brownies and poppy bagels, you won't be disappointed at all.

Do note, it is an expensive bakery. You could be easily spending 7-10 pounds for 1 slice of cake and coffee.

Speaking of coffees, they definitely can do better with coffees, it's mediocre at best. (Although I have heard some great things about Paul Rhodes coffee in Greenwich - hopefully I'll try it soon)

Paul Rhodes has limited seating but it's cosy and comfortable. Once I needed to check my mails on my laptop and they happily provided me the wifi password.

Their service is slow, so if you are in a hurry, opt for a take-out.

While staying at Linden Green, we ate breakfast here early every morning. You could go heavy or light. Their Honey Banana Porridge was delish. Staff fast and friendly.

Just re-opened. Huge selections of pastries, buns, bread, coffee all to take away in a safe environment... They also sell flour, yeast and sourdough starter.

Excellent cakes & pastry, my favourites are the mini apple pie, mini pecan tart and mini lemon tart. And the place is nice and cosy.

Lovely bakery and tea shop -- has a definite neighbourhood feel to it -- good choice of breads and cakes -- very pleasant atmosphere -- good place to pop in to sit down (also have excellent soup) -- friendly staff - or to pick-up bread/pastries

Super yummy food, and for a fair price. It's a cute franchise, and all locations are clean and well cared for. I give it four stars because some of the flavors in the breads were not to my taste. But the pastries were great!

It’s very hard to find a decent flat white coffee in London to appease this Australian here, but this bakery did it! We’d gone 4 days with bad coffee from other shops until we stumbled on this little gem. The staff were so accomodating and polite, and the kids took delight in morning pastries from this bakery. With such a delightful range you would typically find in Australia easily, we really enjoyed the food on offer. We made it our morning stop most days for the month we stayed nearby for the Christmas holidays. Needless to say, we’ll be back next time we’re in London.
