Good place for a burger. The cheesy fries were nice, but we waited 20 minutes for food which is a bit much for fast food. The shake is good value for money, it's like dessert for at least 2 people.

Lovely food at a decent price for the quality of burger. Great place, nice atmosphere. The food was a bit slow and it wasn't too busy but it was well worth the wait. Alcohol served too.
This place rocks! We needed to eat before a theatre show and Shake Shack looked very appealing! Ordering was easy, the food was ready within 10 minutes, it was so good, the burgers were to die for and the fries were probably the best fries I've had with a burger!

We ordered cheese fries and regular fries and cheese burger and lemonade. Everything was good except lemonade but vibes are great here
Friendly staffs, delicious food, smooth order process for foreign travellers. The vegan burger is so good! Chips are also amazing. Didn't realize ketchup box was by the counter maybe a sign will be helpful.
Definitely will visit again next time in England.
Great experience. Shake shack in general is very good. I got the shack stack which always really good, but I’ve had all of their burgers in the past and you can’t go wrong (I’ve not tried and veggie burgers though!). Their fries are really good to but the cheese sauce is too rich/heavy for me person
I love shake shack. First tried it in America and always have to have it when I go to London!
The cheese fries are to die for, I love them so much. The burgers and ice cream are so delicious too. They had a special of blueberry lemonade which was excellent 😋

Burgers are very juicy and easy to eat.

The only sad point is that there is not a lot of place to sit, you might prefer to take away.

Pretty good for a fast food place, but the guy taking orders was extremely slow and confused, asking us to repeat our order multiple times and still managing to forget the requested cheese sauce despite that.
