Food was excellent and the choice is first rate. Service was excellent with the only criticism being a positive one and that is that the staff were perhaps a little over attentive!

Good food with halal options for chicken and lamb. A decent Thai with some unique dishes like the hake special. Worth a visit, good value and would go again.

Tiny place with heavenly food. Loved the flavours and the presentation. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was that they did not have most of the fresh juices in the menu and neither did they have a beer we ordered. But other than that this is a cozy little place in wimbledon if you fancy good food.

Food The food was flavoured and spiced well, there were some new tastes that I was introduced to and there was nothing that I ordered that I wouldn't happily have again Service The service was excellent, quick and efficient, our waiter was very accommodating of our questions as well as dietary preferences. He also recommended dishes that he liked Atmosphere We went at a quiet time with very few people upstairs, it was decorated well and felt warm and cosy. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere along with the gentle music being played

Had a lovely celebration dinner with some friends, there were 6 of us. The restaurant seems quite compact, our table was a round table at the back which to be honest was very small for us. Bit cramped literally with your backs to the wall & if you tried to sit further backwards you were pretty much in the way of the staff serving routes. Otherwise the decor and atmosphere is lovely. Food was good too. A few notes on the food, the sharing platter was great, especially the pork skewers. The Som Tam needed some more sauce as the papaya turned out a bit bland. The portions to be honest seemed on the small size for the starters also. The duck spring rolls we asked how many came in a portion and they said 6, however it came out with 4 pieces which as a bit disappointing, would have ordered more if we knew. The mains were fantastic, nothing bad to say at all! - the cocktail menu, on point. 10/10. Staff very friendly , would come again but probably with a smaller group to ensure a fully comfortable meal.

Had a lunch here. It’s nice price for value. Food was good and the lunch curry was served with rice. I will be happy to visit again.

This place never fails to disappoint. Have visited Giggling Squid - Wimbledon 3 times now and on each occasion I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was flavourful and came out in good timing following ordering. & The staff were attentive despite us being sat out of their main view. Cannot fault it

An incredibly welcoming restaurant, with beautiful decor and friendly, smiling, knowledgeable and helpful staff - way above your average customer service! It really made a difference to our experience. And of course, excellent food!! The squid was tender and fried in light batter - I could have had another portion, it was that delicious! The pad thai with giant butterfly prawns was full of flavour, and the Thai green curry had the kick required for the dish, very tasty and not stingy on the prawns; I ordered it with coconut rice, which worked perfectly. The black sesame icecream was delicate in flavour and I'm surprised we managed to fit it in.. a wonderful first visit, I highly recommend and I will visit again soon :D

Looks posh and expensive but the prices are very reasonable and the portions are good size and not small. Menu is vast with optoons ranging from curry, noodles, meat and several starters as well as thai beer. The sharing plate for 3 people can easily be shared by 4 people.

The food is really good, especially starters . Main course vegetarian was quite good ..Chicken red curry was a bit disappointing as the chicken didn't feel fresh ,hence taking out a star. Desserts were yummy .

Visited on a quiet Sunday late lunch for the first time. We had two lunch sets - the side dishes were a bit salty and greasy but the main dishes were so delicious&the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go again!

A pleasant evening with very helpful friendly staff. We were looked after like royalty even the water was regularly replaced and topped up. Oh the food was delicious too, mind you it's not cheap our bill worked out £40 per head with wine but worth it

We were a party of 8 and, despite some members of the party arriving late, service was efficient and attentive. We were offered and served drinks quickly upon arrival and our orders were taken promptly. All the starters were delicious. We had two of the sharing platter starters which were delicious, especially the calamari. The dumplings are also really good and presented well. Unfortunately, some of the mains left a little to be desired. We had five portions of the 'restaurant favourite' sticky chicken which was a little bland. Similarly, despite being marked with a heat warning, the chicken and cashew stir fry was sonewhat lacking. However, the chubby cheek pork and giant butterfly prawn pad thai were lovely! Overall, a lovely dining experience.
