Excellent service although a bit pricey, but then again it is on par with most London eateries
Fantastic Afternoon Tea for 2. Highly recommended.
Extremely competent , beautiful personality. Would recommend to all my friends. Highly pleased with my manicure & pedicure :)
For amazing nails ladies and sexy tans go and check out Dolly's Xxxx
Went here for a quick bite after a long shopping season at selfridges. There was a queue, but it cleared rather quickly to my surprise for a relatively small place. The service was quick and the server was most polite and very jolly. The food was good, ordered a veg sandwich, flat white coffee and beer. Overall a very good vibe, in a busy shopping area.
My mother's smile after the meal made my day
Since I'm a shopaholic too ☺️ my next few review s would be about places near Oxford street. This cafe is situated at the lower ground floor of selfridges! It's the best place to have tea and dessert . I ordered a raspberry cheesecake and chocolate mousse and the cost came about to be £ 15 , pretty decent for such a decorated place serving such quality desserts inside this store !

Located in the basement of Selfridges, this place has an amazing english breakfast. There is always waiting since its small and too many people. Lucky to get a table on the weekend. Should try after u shop at the mall. Good staff too.
One of my favorite coffee & dessert places in the area. Service has notably improved over the years as i’ve been an avid customer every time i’m in London and can definitely say the quality has improved. Wide selection of cakes and drinks. Would love to try their afternoon tea one day. Reasonably priced considering the location and portion size. Long queue but the staff tries to accommodate all as quickly as possible.
Dolly’s is located on the lower ground level in Selfridges and it’s often crowded. I think because their clients are mainly tourists, they’re very business oriented and rushed which decreases the quality of the services overall. Very sweet desserts, pretty presentation.
Such a delightful staff and experience! Despite this spot being in surrounded by a lot of people, it somehow was still a calm experience. Lovely tea, cake, and scones. My partner and I had the pistachio rose cake and it was to die for! It was extremely light, creamy, and not overly sweet.
Really nice spot to break up the day shopping. We were served by a lovely lady by the name of Michelle who was an absolute superstar. Helped us so many great recommendations for our little one. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would visit again. The only downside was the scones weren't the best. But the sandwiches and cakes were superb.
Joined a couple of friends for an afternoon tea and scones. A nice little area to sit if you’ve been shopping or working all day.
Would not say I’d bring children though, as some have complained it’s not child friendly. Definitely for more of a get together and not a full on eat.
The price is quiet fair when compared to other places similar in London. You are paying for the experience after all.
The waiters were attentive.
We had booked a table with a buggy, was easy to find and we were sat promptly! The chocolate eclair was delicious and the lavender lemonade was the perfect balance! Obviously in the middle of selfridges, so not the most atmospheric but would visit again when on Oxford street!
Pretty place with a large sweets selection and champagne. The only complaint i have is that the location is in a very busy spot and it's not quite peaceful/relaxing for an afternoon tea .
Beautiful cakes, especially the lemon meringue tart, delicious ice coffee and our waitress Dolores was simply the best! Loved it here.
Me and my husband came to celebrate the coronation of the king, everything was amazing food, environment and most of all the service. We were taken care by a lovely young girl named Lyba, had a beautiful smile on the whole time and made sure our experience was perfect, as it was our first time having an afternoon tea. Definitely recommend to visit.
The service here is absolutely amazing. I was served by Michelle and she did such a great job. Really friendly and everything was perfect.
We came here after shopping around Selfridge, we ordered their classic tea set, a short cake, and some drinks. I like how they have 3 different tea sets, differing in portions, so you don't have to be very hungry to order a classic three layered tea sets. I would recommend their short cake, quite tasty, but if you don't like frosting, then maybe you don't like it as much. Usually there is a short wait, so be prepared for that, if you are in for a hurry, might not be the best choice.
