Best risotto in London. Prices are cheap for quality received here. Have visited every other week, it is extremely busy on a weekend. Also,since it’s small restaurant the waiting time could be really long best to reserve a table.
I was on my way to another Italian restaurant, when I spotted this tiny tiny place on Air St which read 'Family run Italian restaurant'. I was in 2 minds at first, looked up Zomato and saw almost not useful reviews. Peeked in, to find most tables occupied! People wouldn't be sitting around if they didn't find something appealing, which is almost always the food. I finally went in, and definitely do not regret for having chosen to eat here. The menu is just about right, not at all overwhelming, easy to understand with adequate details. I ordered the Nero D'Avola Red wine and the Rigatoni Pasta, the food just blew my mind with so many flavours in one dish. Generous portions with super value for money. Food tastes even better when served with love, and IL CONTE did it effortlessly. Having walked all day and looking to end my day with a perfect meal, this place gave me just that and more. Exquisite!

Perfectly situated and authentic Italian restaurant. Delicious food and excellent service. So lovely to sit outdoors. Ideal spot for a pre theatre meal.
The place is small, so customer turnover is important for the owners. Business is business after all. Visited with a good friend who had an Italian restaurant on Greek Street, Soho, retired now and 93 years young. Il Conte has good food, well chosen wines and stressed waiters. I fully recommend the place

Looking for a pre theatre bite to eat, we went in for a quick meal and ended up staying longer than we expected. We will definitely be back next time we are in Soho.

Small place. We had a table outside on the sidewalk. Seems to be a family run restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Both pastas we had were really nice. A bolognese ravioli and a salsiccia and broccoli.

Amazing gem of a restaurant. The food is amazing. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. Its tiny, so I would recommend booking to avoid being disappointed.
Only point I'd raise is that the toilets are down a steep flight of stairs, which doesn't make it the most disability friendly place, so something to consider if you have any mobility issues. However given the location there's very little they can do about this so I'm not removing any stars due to it.

We wanted some pizza and attended Prezzo, they were less than half full and we've been told that they have no free tables. Luckily, this amazing little very authentic place was literally next door. We loved it! Very tasty food, feels like you're in Italy. It's a definite go to when we are in the area next time.

So glad we choose to eat here (rather than the Prezza next door) before out theatre trip. I can honestly say this was one of the tastiest carbanaras I have ever had. The restaurant was very traditional looking and the staff very nice. Very reasonably priced - foccacia bread was delicious too. Highly recommended 👌 👍 meal for 2 with wine, pina colada, 2 mains and 2 breads under £60 can't go wrong 😋
