I had a lovely birthday lunch with my son and the food was gorgeous ( not ripe off prices for London ) and felt nice and relaxed , would recommend to anyway

We had not booked for Mothers Day but staff fitted us in for a quick early lunch and a glass of bubbly. Friendly and helpful and good croque m'sieur

Was here for lunch today. Had a crevette for starter and a sauman croque. Ordered a pineapple juice for drink. The sauman croque was a unique twist of a sandwich with melted cheese on top. Star of the meal. My university of Greenwich ID got me a 40% discount so I left a happy man.

We ordered the French onion soup and croquet monsieur. The sandwich was delicious and the soup was ok but lacking my favorite cheese top (cheese was only in two small pieces of bread). The apple tart comes out warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is a good (not great) restaurant for a leisurely lunch. Do not expect fast service. I would try another restaurant before going back.

We’ve been going here since we moved to Greenwich 2 years ago. Usually I would go for breakfast as I do enjoy their eggs and most their breakfast price. I tried dinner for the first time. It was relatively empty, so I thought service was a bit too slow. But the food it is nice and prices are good. We went for 4 starters menu as dinner. For starters they were pretty good size. And with 2 drinks a dinner of £50 it is amazing for London. Overall I do like theirs eggs bennedict and their onion soup Taste very nice. Today it was the first time I paid attention to the menu that mentioned that onion soup has been at their menu since 1989 and it is from a recipe of 1880.

Myself and daughter had been to a show in Victoria and came home to Greenwich to get some dinner. The O2 was heaving so we got a bus to this end of Greenwich. Took some time to be greeted but the lady was lovely and friendly. Food was amazing and arrived in a really decent time considering how busy it was. Although busy, the atmosphere was lovely, families, birthdays, couples all enjoying themselves. Will definitely be returning soon

My experience was really pleasant. I ordered breakfast, which came really quick and the portion was quite good. Food was fresh, tasty and at the right temperature. Affordable and reasonable prices for what you get. The staff was friendly. The restaurant hygiene both inside and outside area was great. I love this place especially on summertime as you can sit outside and enjoy both food and weather.

I like our local Cafe Rouge. I have had lunch there several times and the food and service have always been good! Staff is nice and friendly. I usually order the Duck Confit which tastes great. I have recently tried the burgers and they are also very good! I will be coming back in the future!

Lovely deco and very French. Great set meal deal and amazing veg soup and mushrooms on bread I'd say. The 7oz steak is unfortunately very burnt and tastes bitter as we'd need to have it well done for the our toddlers although the staff suggested it's better rawer. Chocolate fondant is no good at all. Staff is nice but very busy as I think it's understaff so it took longer than other restaurants to take order, bring the dishes and get us the bill. Will stick to the starters but more carefully with the main dish next time.

There are times when one yearns for something more traditional rather than the cook chic young cafés and restaurants sprouting up all over London. We were here for some coffee and cakes. It was quiet when we arrived but became quite full with early diners by the time we left. The crème brûlé and the chocolat fondant were delicious, the coffees were all right, the service could be better and cheap it ain't!

I came with a friend who has a Great Dane, as this was the only place where they seemed okay with dogs his size. Linda was wonderful, she got him some beef and a bowl of water and turns out she was a dog trainer as well. The food was delicious and the service was very nice!

Absolutely disgusting experience at Café Rouge yesterday 😑 five years ago this was a top restaurant. Since the Covid Terrorism, which has ruined the trade completely & the asset striping of companies. My Steak & chips was as you see, all gristle 😤 1 staff running her legs off, will be shut by October.
