Bombay Lounge is a very tiny traditional Indian restaurant. Right as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm incense filled room, with bright red tables and a few paintings hanging on the wall. When I went there were no other guests, but the restaurant was cozy nonetheless, because there are only about 5 tables in the main room when you walk in...the rest of the seating is towards the back of the restaurant. The food was pretty good. The portions weren't too big which is perfect for me because I can never eat a lot. It was good and the service was very friendly.

Friendly service and open late, this local Indian / Bangladeshi eaterie is cute and small but churns out a mountain of food. It is very reasonably priced, £7.95 chicken tikka biryani with vegetable curry. The garlic king prawns were mild but somewhat lacked flavour. In any case, we were grateful to be fed at such a late hour before a long evening of work!

Definitely not the most delicious indian retaurant I have tried, nor the most generous portions, but the service was excellent and prices reasonable. All our dishes seemed to be incredibly on the mild side, so if you like it spicy you might want to ask them to add a little kick when you order. Recommended, but don't expect to be blown away.

I was there with few friend recently. The atmosphere is very welcoming and we were served with great care. We loved the food. Curries were exceptionally good as they were less oily unlike many other indian restaurant. It is a must visit place in Kings cross or Islington area.

Looks can be deceiving. Would have normally ignored it waking past but tried it on a Taste deal and very pleasantly surprised. All round good taste and flavours and no bad choices. Most reliable and best value Indian I've found in Kings Cross area so far.

A very nice Indian restaurant where the food is halal. Excellent service with clean dishes and cutlery. The food was brilliant and is well priced. Lovely atmosphere with calming music playing in the background. Well recommended.

Brilliant curry and very welcoming service. Coconut and cashew rice was also lovely. Certainly worth it if you are near King's Cross and hungry.

We had a great experience. My friend, who loves spicy food, was ecstatic. I don't like spicy and the dishes were delicious. Great place.
