Can't fault the food nor the service even when extremely busy the staff are still polite and as always the food is delicious. Will definitely be back soon and will in sha Allah continue to come as long as the food and the staff stay the same
Me and my family went for my daughters part 2 birthday celebrations. My parents hardly ever go out for dinner with us and they throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere and my mum is still raving about the mango frappes highly recommend. The restaurant is very clean and the service was excellent. Could not fault it. Early Evening time we went and it was quite.
Please bare in mind you should pre book a table here to avoid waiting for a table as it’s usually quite busy. We went in Ramadan and of course it was crazy busy and we waited for a table for 30-40 mins because we didn’t pre book a table lol it was our first time visiting. Food was exceptional and the service was great. Very professional and lovely atmosphere. Price was decent this meal cost £14/£15 mocktails included will definitely go back. Went there for iftar. The food was really delicious.
The lamb chops were nice and had smoky flavour. The shrimps were crispy and nicely coated with spicy sauce.
The chicken pepper steak and lamb steak were perfectly cooked.
Nice service.
Been a customer for over 10 years when they had a smaller place near Leyton station. Their food is perfect, top quality meat and well cooked. The lamb chops are incredible.

I have been fortunate to have eaten at Sahara Grill in Dubai and, recently in London, Leyton. The whole ambience and experience was excellent in both.
In Leyton, my son and I had various dishes including the prawn and scampi starters, lamb steak and roast chicken dishes. The portions were very generous and I could not taste even one bite of the apple pie dessert that my son ordered because I was so full!
My 12 year old son took the lovely mint mocktails. The presentation of the meals and drinks were excellent, set on the white Sahara Grill plates which accentuated the meals.
The other aspects of the restaurant were the friendly and courteous staff. I honestly felt safe and respected, as if I were among younger brothers. Everyone who served us was cheerful and polite. As a mother of a young child, I am very cautious when going out in public with children and I am keen that my son does not see alcohol being served or drunk casually since he is just a child. I did not want him to experience bad behaviours that can arise from this in an adult setting. Imagine my delight when I discovered no alcohol or smoking was permitted in the restaurant! This really is a boon for parents who want to have a family night out.
The restaurant was tastefully decorated with good lighting and comfortable seating. Bottled water was served in addition to our meals. The tables, floors and utensils were clean, also.
All in all, a fantastic, family night out with delicious food, reasonable costs and a pleasant atmosphere. I shall definitely be going again, this time with my parents, relatives and hubbie!
I have been there several times and ate almost all dishes of this restaurant, I m impressed and recommend all my friends to go and try. Surely! U will like.

Absolutely fantastic place! Steaks are as good as they get. Excellent service whenever I've been. Slightly expensive but otherwise brilliant.

Food is always nice. Takes a little time to. prepare but worth it at the end. Love the burgers but i think overall it is abit overpriced for what you get. I would go again but more like a treat. I do like the ambiance of the place. Also nice location
We went there for our anniversary meal noted this on the reservation but nothing was said and done
On arrival we were promptly shown to our table, we booked for 3 but the table was for 2 with 3 people squashed in
Order was taken one we downloaded the menu from the QR code and then the order was taken, if the menu is on line then why can you not place the order online.
As usual I was asked if we wanted our starter with the main, why ??. When I go out for a meal I want to enjoy my meal and not be rushed. Even on the reservations it stated we need to clear the table by certain time very strange.

My kids love eating out at this place every time we come to London to visit family. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Majority of the food have that bbq flavour since its grilled. We went for the houmous, lamb chops and dynamite prawns for starters. For mains we had beef steak, sahara grilled burgers, cheese burgers, noodles, chicken leg and rice. All tasted very fresh and the steaks came out exactly how we asked it for (medium). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a fan of steaks and grilled burgers. There is also a praying area at the back so that is definitely a big tick from me and one less thing to worry about during prayer times. :)

Great place and lovely waiter. But the elegant atmosphere was ruined by dealers in tracksuit having dinner here too. You could say the restaurant service is excellent because they don't discriminate customers Hahaha
Sahara Grill offers consistently good food which makes it worthy of this 5 star review. Must get chicken tenders no matter what. All of the starters I have tried have been good. I find the chicken steaks to be nicer than the other steak options with good flavours and usually cooked perfectly. Highly recommended restaurant to visit. Staff are very good as well.

Came here for dinner with colleague. Was seated quite quickly and requested to be moved after 5m as sun was shining quite brightly through the windows. Staff were very professional and moved us to the other side. We ordered our food and it came fairly quick. Chicken steak was a classic and the passion fruit mocktail was very refreshing! Will be back. Thank you!
The steaks are amazing in this place, its not let me down over the years i have been eating there. The service was amazing, Iqbal was our waiter and he did a grand job.
The seating for two could have been better as I went with a friend but the setup didn't feel comfortable.
Food was great. Service was average. No music on, felt a bit cold and unwelcoming.
Staff didn't seem very happy and but grumpy.
Food, however, was excellent and we all enjoyed it. Could be a lot nicer if they had better service and maybe added some music for a better vibe. Is halal.

Ah, the Sahara Grill in Leyton - where the steaks are sizzling and the burgers are flipping! This place has been around for so long, I'm pretty sure they were serving up mammoth burgers to cavemen back in the day.
Now, don't get me wrong, the staff here are as plentiful as the portions they serve, which is great for speedy service. But finding a parking spot nearby? Well, let's just say it's easier to find a needle in a haystack. I suggest bringing a skateboard, some rollerblades, or a hoverboard to zip in and out of traffic like a pro.
But back to the food. If you're looking for a meal that will fill you up like a hot air balloon, this is the place for you. The burgers are so big, you'll need a compass to find your way out. And the steaks? Let's just say that the cows that donate their meat to the Sahara Grill must be bodybuilders, because those steaks are huge, however sometimes the layer with too much gravy - I ask for it on the side mainly.
Overall, I highly recommend the Sahara Grill in Leyton for anyone looking for a hearty meal that will leave them feeling as satisfied as a cat in a room full of catnip. Just be prepared to circle the block a few times before finding a parking spot. Happy eating
We went to this place last night. The environment was very nice, the food was so delicious and customer service was also on point. Especially the staff member Mr. Azhar who served us is a very professional and humble guy. He made sure that we are fully satisfied with out experience there. Really appreciate him.. Highly recommended!
This is my first time in Sahara Grill Leyton with my sweet family. We enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They keep coming and investigating if we need anything else. Lamb Sirloin was cooked very nice as the gravy or sauce was outstanding, chicken saute platter was not that great as we are expecting anyway Lamb Chops was very nice as staff (Ridwan) recommended to try which was not disappointed. Overall experience was good. Prices are bit higher but I think alright for the food and presentation. 😀
I’ve been to a different branch every time I went, but loving the experience in the other branch made me want to try this place out. I’ve tried a lot of their menu before, but not from here. The building was beautiful to look at, very clean and very polite staff. It’s always a pleasant experience going to a Sahara grill! Food is always on point with an artistic presentation. Menu has plenty to choose from and staff keep checking up on you to make sure everything is alright. I’d definately recommend this place!

Fantastic place to dine in. The decor is nice atmosphere is enjoyable, food they have a lot of variety and are always consistent! The chilli sauce i just cant get enough of! However i found that the service has gone slightly downhill and my most recent visit they have changed those thick tissues and replaced them with cheaper white ones. I have been to all the Sahara branches many times and found this the best 1! I will always be back here as long the food quality and the prices don’t go crazy!
