I've visited many times to various branches & always enjoy the food. They have a good varied menu & also a fair selection on their vegan menu, along with catering for other dietary requirements - just ask for the other menu. Thursday night I visited the Cardinal Walk, Victoria branch & must commend the service. Our waitress, Andrea was fantastic! Made us feel like we were the only table she was waiting on in an extremely busy restaurant. Andrea pulled out all the stops; she was extremely attentive, polite & fun while remaining professional, so much so, both my friend and I commented on how fantastic she was! Generally someone waits your table & yes they may do a good job and you leave a tip, but Andrea definitely won fans. Also it must be known that the kitchen staff were turning around food orders so quickly it was unbelievable! We'd barely ordered & our food turned up in minutes! Fantastic!

Brilliant friendly staff and great quality food. Perfect place to eat before catching a train back home as ideally situated by Victoria Station.

Love the food! I choose Risotto Pollo Funghi. And my friend asked a Lasagne! Was very good. One thing that I dislike was the fact that the waitress brought the wrong request of wine (we ask a small one and she brought a medium) and when we was about to pay we saw a wrong price, then she never said sorry about that.
Good ambience and good Italian food. We ordered bruschetta, baked chicken pasta and veg ravioli - all ticked the correct taste buds. I must add that the ravioli was outstanding! A must visit!!
I am an Italian food fan and I love trying different Italian places. Pizzas and pastas are my favourites.
Zizz serves authentic Italian food their pizzas sand calzones are yummy and they serve a variety from which we can try. The classic pepperoni campagna is my favourite.
The location is attractive as it is located in the middle of a shopping arcade.
It is a chain of restaurants found all over London, can visit the one nearest to you to enjoy an Italian meal.
Zizzi's is a chain restaurant, and in my opinion a very lovely one too. Nestled in the big foyer of a shopping arcade, this little ground floor restaurant boasts outdoor space and bags of character. We only went here as a last minute apres - work get together so it was a shirt sleeves rolled up, jackets off, lets get a sharing platter kind of meal. We had the fritto misto which was overwhelmingly delicious. The kind of delicious where even though you're out with friends and they love you in all your greedy glory you do have to sit on your hands a little so that you don't end up diving head first into the the crispy, deep fried plate of wonderment. Man, I love calimari, and whitebait. I've never had some of the things on the plate battered before I would again in a deep fried artichoke-heartbeat.
This is a good branch of zizzis. A good location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and fast service. Antipasti sharing platter, calamari, and the rustica pizzas are particular favourites.
I visited this Zizzi Restaurant, and the service was great. My waiter was quick and always comfortated me if everything was okay, if i needed anything else, etc. The food was okay, a complementary snack, which i loved. Thank you to Natalia and the manager for the kindness and making sure i was okay.
Love that place, always choose it to have a catch up dinner with my dear friend. The food is great and staff can not be more helpful. The Zizzi app vouchers always help with free starter or cheeky olives. Well done and thank you.
Went in for a quick bite, the place was packed inside but plenty of seating outside. I expected to wait ages to be seated, however I got a table for two very quickly inside.
A waitress took our order within a few minutes of us sitting down, gave us complimentary lentil crisp snacks with our drinks and food was served within 10mins - I was shocked at the speed and efficiency!
Food was really tasty, I had the Casareccia Pollo Piccante - it was sooo good! Would definitely visit again.
We popped up in a Wednesday for a lunch and the experience was very good! The Bruschetta is outstanding and Carbonara it’s gorgeous! Not so expensive for 2 when you have 2 starters, 2 meals, deserts, coffee and drinks!
The service is good and I can’t to complain.
A lively place that’s in the heart of Victoria, with fairly good food and quick service.
It’s very crowded and they would benefit from a few tables being removed, but overall it was a fun atmosphere.
Having the pizza oven and kitchen on open show was a nice touch.

Nice cozy restaurant. Popped in after shopping at M&S so we didn't have a reservation. Food was good and exactly what we asked for. Nothing fancy but well seasoned. I ordered the lasagne which was great and my partner got pasta with sauce and meat ball which I also tried. Would recommend.
Dropped in on the off chance in the way to Victoria station. Polite service with very quick delivery of food and drink. Lovely quality tasting food which was nicely presented, I also enjoyed the rhubarb and apple fizz, very refreshing after paying our respects to Queen Elizabeth. Would definitely call in again when visiting London

If you're ending your London tour at London Victoria station, go for a delicious dinner at Zizzi.
We highly recommend Pizza Black Truffle Salami & Mushroom on a wonderfully baked crust.
It only took 10 minutes to prepare it.
For starters, hot tea with lemon in a glass with a double wall, so you can grab it in your hands without fear.
In addition, a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and friendly service.
This is a good place to eat, aromas are all over the place, the starters were delicious and pizza was tasty, however feel that it could have a little more toppings. The Service is fast and good, however we went at a time that was very busy.
The taste was good. Wine(merlot) was great pairing with The King Prawns Linguine 👍

Dining here with my little one (8 yo) was an awesome experience indeed. We were kindly greeted and asked straight away if we had any food restrictions or allergies, which I was very pleased with! Food was tasty and correctly priced, and service was overall nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
When we have our girls trip to London always stop here for dinner. 1st time since covid and still didnt disappoint. Great freindly service. Drinks and food arrived really quickly even though they were busy. Bill came quickly once we asked for it, no waitng . Perfect end to our day in London.
Wow, this was quite something.
I didn't have the highest expectations, it's a chain after all, but the pizza was really good.
You don't get the rustic sourdough crust like in places that specialize in pizza, but it's good toppings on a thin crust that you can devour so easily. I was pleasantly surprised.
The service and atmosphere are also good. It's in an environment where you'd get lots of people from offices around, so the menu, quality and speed of service are really well aligned to that.
Popped in on the off chance of a table on our way home. What a find! Not being the biggest fan of chain restaurants, I would visit this one again in a flash. Great food, so fresh and delicious and the staff were so attentive, I counted 17 members just from my seat! So reasonably priced and a delicious menu with lots to choose from. Added bonus of signing up to their newsletter and getting a free freshly made garlic bread with our meal which was NOT a baguette but a beautifully cooked flatbread 😀

Amazing Italian style restaurant just outside the Victoria station. The pizzas are really nice, crunchy and well topped. The waiter was really nice and friendly.
