Solid traditional pub in the theatre district. Comfy and pleasant on the inside, and there's a couple of tables outside to the front (covered). Small but solid range of cask ales at reasonable (for London!) prices. Nice staff. Good option before or after your play/musical.

Spent a quiet afternoon here waiting for a matinee show nearby. Many tables were reserved but had start times attached so were available beforehand. Reasonable selection of drinks on sale, both bottled and on tap. OK the decor is showing its age, but I don't fixate on the floor that much. Staff were friendly and quite talkative as it was not at all crowded. The ordered pork pie was delivered with the advice that it was better eaten cold. Apparently, locals have taken to asking for them to be heated. Me neither. Cider, gin and pie were good to go, but we stayed for another. Like this place.

What a great find this little pub is! Proper traditional spot with great ambience and atmosphere. Tucked away from the busy streets and a true hidden gem. Very friendly staff and local patrons. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

The service and atmosphere were top notch. Friendly, efficient pub staff. The choice of draught beer was great. My friends and I did not dine there. Very pleasant experience.

The place was nice and clean, but we got there before happy hour was over and they didn't notify us of it and when we asked it was 1 minute over and wouldn't dot it. For the fish in chips they were good, but the fish was greasy.

Busy pub in the heart of Covent Garden selling beer at very reasonable prices. What's not to like?

If you want a decent pint and watch sport then this place is fine If a freemason wanting a pint after going to the temple over the road then fine Food is OK but nothing special They are doing a good job during current pandemic making sure everyone signs on and try to enforce mask when walking around They clean tables after people leave Safe and clean Give it a go if in the area they need the business

We had a spontaneous team do at the place yesterday afternoon and a group of 10-15 people just turned up with no reservation. Barbara and Patrice were very accommodating and served us with smile. Food was fantastic and Barbara even refilled the breads. I would surely recommend this place. Nice ambience.
