We have come to Zia Lucia many times, almost every time we come to London, and it never fails to satisfy. The base is chewy and crispy on the edges, and there is a very ample amount of sauce. The cheese is stringy and very chewy, and it was overall delicious. Although the service was a little indifferent, I highly recommend the food at this restaurant. (Last photo of pizza is Gluten Free pepperoni)
This Zia Lucia may be intimate, but that in no way diminishes the divine reputation of their pizzas. As always, the service is exceptional.
Loooved the pizza so much!! The Hammersmith restaurant is a 10-15 walk from the Apollo but it was definitely worth venturing out. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had and the starters were delicious too. My husband tried the charcoal base and it was fab. The restaurant is quite small but that meant that the service was really great. They’re also open from 5 so there’s enough time to have a full meal before a show.
Big selection of super tasty pizzas served quickly! The staff also is very helpful, definitely recommend 👌🏼
Just wanted to start by saying that I just moved from italy to london and this has been my favourite pizza for a while now.
The ingredients are fantastic, the dough is top notch, what can I say, it really feels like pizza in italy (a good one, better than most places!!!).
The prices are competitive and actually low if compared to the quality of the service and the ingredients offered here.
Excellent pizza dough, excellent ingredients, and excellent customer service. Omar was the one serving me and my friends, he was so kind and professional, he clearly understands the ways a restaurant should treat its customers. Again, efficient service, fast, and reliable.

Charcoal veg base! Wow! Looks ugly, tastes sensational! I thought you had to go all the way to Italy to get pizza this good. Truly authentic - if you don’t know the difference you have to try Zia Lucia. Mega. This will be a regular for us before Apollo events. Brilliant.
Very good quality sour dough pizza, up there with the best in London. Very good selection of toppings. Service is friendly and prompt. Only gripe is that the place is too small!
Would recommend trying their specialist doughs as well, such as the whole meal!
Small place round the corner. Good food no doubt. Service could be better. Ordered truffle oil as an add-on, they clearly forgot about it. Also ordered red wine which they forgot. Might as well ask servers to write down the order than just memorize. Hence the 4 star, otherwise food wise it was really good.
The best pizza in London! Zia Lucia started in Highbury & Islington and has all the feel of the family run, traditional, loving restaurant that it is. The pizzas are divine with a range of bases that also caters to gluten and dairy allergies. The staff are always friendly and happy to recommend their choices. The truffle honey pizza is something special but you'd be equally blown away by the simple but timeless margherita. Prices are reasonable too which makes the newest branch of Zia Lucia another win for the capital. It is one of those places you will want to return to time and time again as new toppings are introduced. If you didn't have cravings for good pizza before, you will after Zia Lucia's.
Make sure you can ahead as they can get very busy very quickly, the restaurants will do their best to take reservations but space is limited.
This restaurant does one thing, and one thing well -- pizza in the Napoletana style with traditional ingredients cooked as one would expect in Naples. The pizzas we ordered were excellent. We would gladly return!
The best pizza I’ve ever had in London, so gooooooooood!!!! Had loads of choice for toppings and different types of base which I hadn’t seen before. Also had good options for vegans.
