Had a quick gelato on a chilly winter evening here. The place looks really great from the outside which is what pulled me in. The person at the counter was really helpful with helping me select the right flavour of gelato for me. I had a mix of hazelnut and pistachio which worked really well.
The gelato was smooth and perfect. The cold weather outside complimented the fact that the gelato didn't melt for long and I could enjoy is for longer. The waffle cones were also really well browned and crisp. The sea salted caramel flavor also tasted good. Going here again to have their gelato cakes and waffles!
This is another of those ice cream places in my neighbourhood that I've been wanting to try out for awhile, but it's either too cold for ice cream or I'm not weak enough to succumb to a sugar craving.
Today after dinner with a visiting friend from the US, she was craving ice cream and it was the perfect opportunity to finally try out Snowflake.
Their gelato is very very good. By far the best ice cream around Queensway area.
Free tasting samples & lots of seating space with tables. I also saw some crepes being served up and coffee. Makes it the perfect dessert stop post dinner and they don't mind you hanging around just chatting at night until they close up.
This place was calling my name when I was walking past so we went in. They source the best, finest and freshest ingredients and I immediatly felt drawn to the salted caramel ice cream. We ordered 3 desserts to share. The hot chocolate with an ice cream scoop, the strawberries and cream waffle with salted caramel ice cream and the pistachio crepe. They were all delicious!!
The hot chocolate was hot and cold so it was to be enjoyed straight away and we all loved it. The pustachio crepe with nutella was delicious but my favourite had to be the strawberries and cream waffle. It had lots of strawberry and it was hands down the best waffle I had tried, I would go back for it! The service was flawless too.

I am a huge fan of their dark chocolate sorbet :)
I have also tested their crepes and they are amazing.
The price is very reasonable for such a good quality. And let's not forget it's guilt free!
It's too bad there isn't much seating places, so if you want to eat in, be prepared to queue!
Amazing range of gelato's! Hazelnut, mango sorbet and the dark chocolate flavours are my favourite! And their dark hot chocolate is to die for! ? The crepes were slightly disappointing.
Brilliant dessert parlour! The ice cream is lovely and the sorbets amazing being sugar free. The portions are really quite healthy so be prepared to stuff yourself silly!The only downside is the occasional rowdy group of Asians/Arabs or couples smooching each other in public. However that's no fault of the parlour itself which is brilliant!
I had some great tasting gelato here. It is so fresh and is full of flavor. It does not have any artificial sweetening or added flavors. It was simply brilliant and a must visit. I hope for it to open up closer to my place! They definitely need to start more places in the city!
This is one of the few places which are open till midnight. Everything here absolutely yummy too, both of what we= ordered was delectable. We almost licked out plates clean. Nothing to complain here, good food and good place. Will go back soon.
This is one of the best ice cream parlors here. We opted for a fondue consisting of twenty three scoops of your own choice in a king size cup with toppings of biscuits, chocolates, different sprinklers and extensive selection of fruits. The staff was very helpful and attentive to your needs.
This place offers a great variety of ice-creams and I recently went there. I must say that the ice-cream that I had there was perfect in all aspects. The staff was very amiable and they also provided free samples to all the customers. I would strongly recommend you all to visit this place.
I would return to this place for the sheer awesomeness of the chocolate truffles in particular the extra dark gelato. The dessert was a wonderful blend with the salted and nutty pistachio and caramel flavors.
Though the gelato isn't the best, this particular chocolate flavor definitely wins my vote.It is simply heavenly.
Been visiting this place since a while and can not stop raving about it each time! Their choice of flavors is brilliant and an appreciative alternative to a dessert! On the must tries i would like to suggest 'Snowflakes' and 'Praline'. I am taking all the time to try each of visit! Surely visiting many more times!
This is the not very cheap but the quality and choices you will be getting are going to be enough to make you forget about the money that you have been spending.
The staff is also good here , personally I really like them , they have this huge smile whenever I look at them.
If you are planning on visiting here you must try lemon, lime and mint grantinta . You will feel so grateful that I told you about this.
This was a really nice ice cream place I went to. The interiors are nice - classy white. There is a lot of variety in ice-creams too, and real bits of fruit on every scoop. The ice cream was reasonably priced and tasted great. The staff encourages you try the flavours too, but not satisfactory customer service. The staff kept talking to each other in their local language when I was buying ice cream. will go back nevertheless.

The small cones are both affordable and satisfactory.

A place i am always inclined to whenever i am passing by this place. For the late night asking cravings this is my place to head with friends! Wide selection of ice cream, on a slightly steep end but you would not be disappointed for it is very much worth it!
This is a great place if you have frequent sugar cravings. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake and it was divine. Others sitting there were buying lots of food as we took away our order, shows how popular their desserts are.Everything we had tasted absolutely amazing. A wonderful experience.
The service here was terrible! No proper customer service etiquette. And to add to it, the person serving us could not figure out the change!
However, the gelato here is amazing and never tried before. The best is the dark chocolate gelato. I went to another place the other day and I was sorely disappointed.
Prices are slightly on the high side- but its extremely worth it.

A nice place where you can hang out with friends and family if you have a sweet tooth! The cafe was clean and it provides many crepes and great option of desserts such as waffles, cookie dough and gelato. Ordered 2 crepes and cookie dough and it was very good with generous amount of sauce. The staff was very professional and served everyone quickly, was served by Anna who was very helpful and organised and made our order very fast and made the whole presentation lovely. Will definitely come back and recommend the place to anyone looking for quick dessert spot as its open until late
The staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly welcoming and helpful, whilst the pristine yet full of character boutique perfected what was my best experience of a gelateria. The ice cream was exceptional, no matter what flavour I tried it was more delicious and satisfying than any similar I'd had before. Always incredibly smooth with perfectly balanced flavours. Cannot wait to go there again
Everything was perfect, from food, to customer service, atmosphere... everything! This is my favourite place to get crepe and gelato (even if it was raining today, it did not stop us from getting desserts!) Overall, I highly recommend this place guys! Shout out to the manager, Luisa for always making sure that we enjoyed our experience there :)
You simply can't go wrong with snowflake, a must visit any time of day offering a wide range of tasty desserts, gelato and hot drinks. The banoffee crepe is a must try if you have not had it before! Service is fast and friendly with Anna serving me and other customers with a smile everytime.

Love this place for crepes. Fills the spot everytime. (I would recommend the Nutella one, made the mistake of ordering just the normal chocolate one one time and it was no where as nice). I bought the cookie dough recently and it was extra chocolatey... Heavenly.. 👌👌 The hot chocolate was majorly chocolatey, chocolate overload for my taste buds so couldn't finish it.

A bit on the pricy side for gelato but worth every penny! In addition to numerous flavours they have a menu with creative selections that are worth trying if you've got a few minutes to eat indoors; we tried a crepe with gelato and a "Hot Fudge Snowdrift"...One of the best places visited during our gelato crawl (codename #OperationGelatoStrike on Instagram)
Thisbplace is busy basically because the taste is amazing but the staff were the best out of everything especially the manager (Luisa) were she was also very kind to give us two complimentary macaroons strawberry flavored. This wasn’t my first time as she prepared for me a 4 box of ice cream that i was taking for a small gathering and they finished it all!
I would definitely recommend this place and come for dessert again! :)

Great Ice cream with average decor and slightly confused staff
Ice cream and crepe was delicious! Although it is pricey but I wouldn't mind coming for more since the food and service were exceptional. I had a hard time choosing the flavours but Sofia was really nice to let us try it first. Despite the long queue, she was so friendly, patient and still had a huge smile on! Will be bringing some friends again there soon.
Delicious ice-cream, a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful staff. I came here on two separate occasions, yesterday with my parents and today with friends and both times the service and desserts were excellent. The staff are very friendly, patient and excellent with children. Great place!
