J+a Cafe & Bar - London - Photo album

The food was delicious. The cheese platter and meat platters were probably meant to be shared between 2, maybe 3 people. The venicine stew was very delicious, packed with meat. The salad with goats cheese was lovely and super filling. Chocolate cake was great but it would have gone together much be
One of the cosiest places I have ever seen. It’s almost like a secret place, because it’s so very well hidden between the other buildings. The patio is decorated with cute lamps. The interior design is a little bit industrial with the big windows and the black steel, but still very cosy and welcomin
Great environment, very cozy place to stop in and get a coffee. I met a friend here and had a pretty perfect experience. I would definitely come back, especially if they expanded more into the baked goods selection
A lovely little cafe with great food. We have only come here for breakfast, and haven’t been disappointed. The boxty, pancakes, and soda bread are must-try’s. Service is friendly, seating is comfortable, and prices are fair.
One of the best coffees I've had in London. Great little spot through an alleyway. Would love to try a meal here one day.
A hidden gem tucked away off the Main Street, this is one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in the City. Quality ingredients served fresh from the pan to the the plate - the breakfast sandwich was 10/10. Really nice ambience too.
I first heard about J&A in a book about the best independent coffee shops in London, and read that they also hosted functions. I went to check it out and knew immediately it would be the perfect venue for us. I brought Rachel there to see it when she returned from working overseas, and she felt the
A cute cafe. Good coffee and breakfast and lunch options. I really like their soda bread. We got salmon with poached eggs and an Irish stew. Both great :)
Lovely place tucked away from the busy streets of Clerkenwell. We celebrated our wedding at the bar with about 60 guests. Tasty food, fabulous drinks and a delicious wedding cake. All served with a smile in a relaxed atmosphere. Rachael and her team helped to make our special day run smoothly. Thank
A really nice little cafe. Good service, reasonable price for London and good cakes. I can recommend the Guinness and Chocolate. Breakfasts look good, but I didn't try one. Can get noisy at busy periods.
Not easy to come across it unless you are looking for it, which makes it more especial. There are two very different spaces, one more casual and crowded, close to the kitchen and the bar opposite, with a more relaxed ambiance better suited for a meeting, for example. Lovely breakfast and the Guinnes
One of my favourite cafes in London. Wonderful spot for brunch, lunch of afternoon break. Good food and coffee, the best soda bread in London. Nice place for small group of 4 or less.
Great cafe with plenty of seats, free wifi, good service, large portion food and reasonably priced (London standard).
Little hidden courtyard gem! Cafe with fabulous breakfasts and brunches! The homemade sour dough breads are amazing too!
Amazing breakfast! Lush smoothies. Brilliant service! Highly recommend. Has outdoor seating as well.
Food is really tasty, coffee is OK, but not great. Lovely little place tho. Excellent music :D
Very cute hidden and peaceful place. Good affordable food and very nice service. Loved it! Perfect for a Saturday relaxed brunch.
Really nice, delicious quiche. Too bad that we didn't have the chance to lunch on their terrasse/court due to bad weather
