Nice cafe near Oxford circus. The coffee was brilliant and the muffin was great too. I found my waitress slightly rude but the food looked tempting and it was a great coffee menu.
Illy is a fine place to get your espresso shot and if you like tiramisu then you'll love what they have. It's so good and with shot of espresso poured on top it really gives it a whole new different flavor.
Must try !
This is a coffee shop. I love coffee but I haven't had coffee this good since Illy in Prague. If you love coffee come here. The food is not bad either. A double shot cappuccino and no bitterness. You know you are working with professionals
Having just moved to London I was looking for a place to buy nice coffee cups and I was directed towards Illy cafe. At this coffee shop, they not only serve coffee, pastries and sandwiches but they also sell their colorful cups which are all uniquely designed by different artists according to given themes. The cups are a bit pricey but they are really nice and they come in sets based on their theme.
As a coffee aficionado I also sat down for an espresso and then quickly ended up getting another, and coming back again a few days later. The cafe is chic, it has high ceilings and great service. I really love Illy coffee, I think it is one of the best commercially sold Italian coffees and in this cafe they really make a great espresso and a great cappuccino Viennese.
When I heard about an Illy cafe in Regent Street, I got overexcited. Well, Illy is my favourite coffee. Among all the brands, it is the fanciest and the best one - if you are a coffee lover, I would recommend to try to find the different seasonal editions they made. (By the way, I am not comparing Illy to Nespresso, as they offer a unique product, but to other standard brands as Nescafe).
Then, the next time I went to Regent Street, I desperately looked for it and it definitely did not disappointed my expectations, it was even better! The atmosphere is magic and creative. I cannot really describe in words, you have to go there to see what I mean.
Anyway, I cannot really talk about the food, as I just had a coffee, which, honestly, was a bit pricey, but the location is worthy. Really looking forward to go there for lunch time.
I don’t know about you and your line of work but as for me and mine, I run around all over town all day long. Often I find I’ve got time to kill between meetings and events. Sometimes it’s just 20 minutes, other times it might be a couple of hours. And just because I have time on my hands doesn’t mean I have time to dawdle. During such spare moments, I need to get in somewhere fast and park it – to can tackle my inbox, draft my next blog post, maybe grab a bite to eat and (most importantly) have a cup of coffee. With the recently opened illy Regent Street, being able to do all this stuff in a seriously stylish and comfortable setting just became a real option for me.
illy Regent Street is a short walk up from Oxford Circus station. It’s well lit and rather large (two storeys) … and worth a visit alone for the ginormous mosaic replica of Bauhaus artist Xanti Schawinsky’s 1934 illy advertising poster. The mosaic consists of 85,000 tiles in 31 colours and measures nearly four metres high by three metres wide. There’s a nifty chandelier too, made from 216 illy Art Collection espresso cups.
So yeah, the cafe is roomy and rather swank. But look and feel are just part of the equation. A fan of illy coffee for quite awhile, I’m pleased to report the cafe is as tasty as it is tastefully designed. From a no nonsense espresso to a somewhat froufrou neve fondente (an “evocative” shot of espresso with hot milk and cocoa powder, topped with a layer of cold frothed milk, £3.20), you can rest assured that your coffee expectations will be met. Food’s good too (I recommend the tiramisu!).
Friendly table service is definitely an upgrade from what I’ve come to expect at whatever other cafes I tend to hit around Oxford Circus (and I’m in this area a lot). Prices are similar to what you’d expect at any of the big name coffee joints and hipster hangouts in Central London. The WiFi connection is strong and there appears to be an adequate number of power outlets distributed evenly throughout the space (along with a few tables with free-to-use Samsung tablets – but I’m not sure if the Samsung team-up is temporary or long term).
In short, this place is ace, and I expect I’m going to be popping in here on a regular basis. Indeed, I’m actually writing this post (and publishing it too) from illy Regent Street. Now to get back to that unwieldy inbox. Ugh.
A welcome addition to the London coffee scene (and to my short list of smartly situated quality cafes for my freelancing lifestyle), illy Regent Street is located at 295 Regent Street, W1B 2HJ.

I've been there a few times and I truly enjoyed my coffee. You have very good options here if you want to try different and tasty coffee combined with flavours that will definitely please you. Snacks are tasty as well, yet a bit pricey. Environment is nice and decorations are beautiful. It's a good place to go with friends or family. Sometimes it takes time until you get what you ordered, especially when it's busy. That's why I put 4 stars and not 5. But in general it is very good! I recommend it for sure!
Great place. Nice ambience, very courteous and welcoming staff. Thoroughly cleaned and safety protocols are followed. Nicely located next to the University of Westminster and Oxford Circus. A plethora of choices for coffee and tea. Great spread of food as well. Would Highly recommend.
Very nice place, nice service, prompted staff to answer your request, table service, interesting decoration, coffee cup chandelier. They must keep old recipes in the menu. If the tables are numbered should be easier the waiter find customer.
Serving alcoholic drinks also as Venetian splits. Deserve a visit.
Nice cafe, Italian style with table service. Very good service so dont expect one of the bog coffeeshop chains. If you want to seat, a waiter will come to serve you.
Hot chocolate is quite average but good place for coffee as the brand is one of the best coffees in the world.
Nice caffe with great options. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by their vegan salad as I could not finish it as the choice of ingredients just didn’t do it for me.
However, I really enjoyed their dessert and coffee as I had a tiramisu & a matcha latte with coconut milk. It was really tasty that I had a second cup.
Definitely a place to grab a quick cup of coffee and chat with friends and colleagues whilst in central London / Oxford Street area.
Illy caffé is a good place to enjoy a great Italian coffee, I ordered a macchiato that was enjoyable plus an Italian fizzy drink. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Price was excellent. The decoration is really nice and Illy products can be purchased at the shop.
Nice coffee place; offers a lot of variety for coffee; great service offered by the tall young person who serves upstairs- hazel hair and eyes, don t know his name. Kudos to him for making me choose a coffee on my taste. We also ordered desserts, but the quality is not that great. @mapopath

Forget Costa, Cafe Nero and Starbucks this is the best coffee shop in WHOLE London. Wish I had enough money to franchise this reputable Italian coffee shop. Seriously Londoners take note you wouldn't want to miss this place situated in the heart of London (nearest tube station - Oxford Circus)
Great cafe.. nice ambience, good coffee specially love the almond latte
The coffee is simply out of this world here. I just couldn't get enough. We had breakfast as well which was fairly decent as well. Will definitely be back for the great coffee!
My friend and I Loved our Viennese Cappuccino & Matcha latte. Cute display of espresso cups and a great friendly atmosphere! Definitely recommend it for all coffee lovers out there.
It remains one of the few cafes for a real espresso. Their nornal one is always good. Try the different countries espresso's aswell. Their coffee cocktails are superb as well. Still one of the best espresso's out there for me ...

It's another nice and convenient Caffe in Regent Street, close to Oxford Circus. Staff are kind and ready to help. The environment is warm and comfortable and it's menu is satisfying.
The coffee is great, I love the taste of their espresso. However, I can see why a lot of people are complaining on the service. It's pretty slow. Although I wasn't in hurry I did notice that. Also, maybe just slightly overpriced. If you don't mind those two things you're going to have a good time and enjoy arguably one of the best coffees in the world.
Lovely, comfortable place to have a casual cuppa, loads of coffees to choose from as you'd expect nice selection of teas as well.
Light bites available with table service. One note of caution, there is only one toilet for the whole place (disabled/nappy change etc) so there is normally a queue.
