Not many visitors at Westfield in Shepherd's Bush realise how beautiful and affordable the Spaghetti House is! The staff are absolutely lovely and the dining experience is very much enjoyable. This was my second visit and definitely not the last!
The food was absolutely lovely as a taste and look.
The 4 stars for service is because always I had to ask, please give me the cutlery, napkins, coke after 20 min waiting for it, probably because was so crowded! But I liked the staff was nice and smiling except the supervisor which screamed few times to the staff members! I can't give the name as none of the staff had the badges.
Overall, it was a very good experience with my daughter at this place as we both paste fun!
My family went there some days ago, he vibes is really good. We ordered olives and calamari, and as main sharing bowl of spaghetti carbonara and polpettine. Excellent customer service of our waiter Tanmoy. He is really friendly and feel us spacial all the time. He also suggested us Tiramisu for the dessert and we loved it. Thanks tanmoy for the service. I will definitely go there again.
We visited Spaghetti House for dinner, at my child's suggestion (they love pasta).
We were seated straight away, had a good variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from and the food came very quickly. Everything was delicious (after finishing their portion, my child had some of my pasta as well!).
Huge thanks to the very attentive staff, who checked on our table regularly and topped up our freshly grated cheese. Also, during half-term kids eat free with a full paying adult, which came as a very lovely surprise!
Great food and friendly, attentive staff. We had the caprese starter to share, then we had the spaghetti and meatballs for mains but in the "spaghettata" version which means it's a sharing portion for 2. It was delicious and we would definitely recommend to others. It can get quite busy during the lunchtime rush, so pre book if possible.
Had a lovely time, came for my birthday. The food was amazing!!! Although the man that poured our wine seemed as if he’d never opened a bottle of wine.. was a bit painful to watch, nevertheless we had a good time
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. My server Ali was one of the most engaging, enthusiastic server I’ve ever had. He personally made my dining experience amazing. He helped me with the menu by further informing me on specific ingredients, we laughed about our shared name and was overall very kind and patient. The food was great but the restaurant shines in its excellent waitstaff.
Had the best experience at Spaghetti House this evening with a friend. Our waiter Ali was so helpful and attentive to our dietary requirements and informed us the chicken was halal which we were unaware of, he also went out of his way to keep checking on us and ensuring we were okay and whether we needed anything else. Ali also stopped to make conversation with us, and gave an informative background regarding the history of the restaurant ans how it all began. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. We ordered the pizza and a spaghetti dish, and loved both of these, we were amazed at the delicious food and the lovely service. I felt like I was back in Italy for an evening- would highly recommend! Thank you so much Ali! We will definitely be back :)
Lovely restaurant, friendly and professional staff. I loved the lasagna more than the pasta.

I forgot to take a photo of the delicious Sicilian Lemonade! Get the lemonade if you like it fresh but sweet kind, not the fake tasting kind.
Staff were friendly and the food was made in lightning speed (this time we came on a weekday night, we passed by one weekend and it was so packed). We were hungry and didn’t have to wait at all.
Our lunch at this restaurant was 10 out of 10! Me and my husband enjoyed so much the food and fantastic customer service. I have a lot of allergies and I carry with me the little list of the allergies I have, I showed to the manager Rita and she helped me so much to choose the right dish and she was so knowledgeable about the menu,that I was so impressed! She even brought me a package of GF pasta from the kitchen just to make sure there is nothing in it that I can't eat. She also helped us to choose the best wine. Definitely will be back, highly recommended!

Manager is alert and she was very careful with my son's food because of his allergy restrictions. She checked on us and made sure we get what we have ordered. Food is amazing, just a big serving for our kids I suppose. But tastes super!
