The best pizza in town. Their house white for o ly three pounds is actually drinkable. Basically the best correlation quality price in town.
I love this place. Great value Italian food and friendly efficient staff. It's my go to place when in London.
The best pasta I’ve ever had. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I’ve been going for years and it hasn’t changed a bit
Friendly service and the food (pizza) was one of the best pizza's I've had for the price. I will definately go back if I'm in the area.
Friendly down to earth restaurant, quick service and amazing food, pizzas light and tasty and the fusilli campagnola was amazing, good value too. Definitely go again if in the area.
The best Italian food I've had and really cheap, last night we spent £22 for 2 main pasta courses and two glasses of white wine. The staff were great, laid back atmosphere and right next door to the theatres, perfect for a pre show meal.
Always Amazing Food Lovely Place and great good. WE Always Happy to eat in this Restaurant
Cuisine le top du top et le prix strictement rien à dire, les portions sont grandioses .
Authentic, traditional italian restaurant serving the most delicious food! Very well-priced and great portions. A very happy Italian vibe inside!!!
Delicious Pasta! Friendly and fast service! Reasonable prices and generous portions! Highly recommend to anyone in town! Definitely lived up to the 4 star rating!
Quite authentic Italian, great atmosphere, open kitchen and seemed all really chill, nice staff, big portions of food for cheap, good quality original pastas and pizzas and lots of space downstairs too. Overall loved it !! :)
Cozy place• Staff a bit rude• great pasta
••• we have tried the lasagna, tagliatelle with creamy mushroom and calamari provincial as a starter and they were great. The pizza on the other hand, was too spicy!
••• Staff were overwhelmed, too busy and mistaken several times in our order.
I was slightly unsure about this restaurant as the prices were rather low but it seemed busy so we have it shot. A bottle of wine later together with a garlic tomato pizza starter, pasta with spicy sausage and a carbonara we were happy customers. Decent portions and a nice chilled atmosphere. Bill total was £40 with service!
The best. I have been to ‘La Porchetta’ with my friend a month ago.
We ordered a sausage and broccoli pizza and a Margarita.
Since we rarely have starters, we didn't order any appetisers.
The restaurant is run by real Italian people, so the food was really authentic!!!! The pizza was way better than any other chain restaurant pizza I have ever had.
The crust was really well-baked and crispy.
The cheese was gooey and stringy.
The size of the pizza was incredibly big for the price.
Compared to eating at pizza express where one pizza can cost up to 11 quid, we spent the same amount of money on a filling dinner for the two of us.
The decor was rustic and all the staff were Italian as well.
However, the waiters kept talking to each other and ignoring us when we wanted to get our bill. But this wasn't a big problem because the restaurant has a very cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!!! To go there is a must!
Great pizza. Chilli flakes are hot!
Yum!. We love this restaurant. The menu has, what seems like, endless pizza and pasta dishes. The food is very simple, so don't expect intricate dishes, but what they do serve is very hearty and comes in massive portions. If you find yourself in Soho and need some really cheap filling food this is the place to go. The carbonara is very rich and I've not been able to finish one yet (I've tried several times). The furniture and interior design is a little off-putting, but the staff are generally very friendly and jovial. Enjoy.
Decent Italian food is difficult to find in London. It's often overpriced and rarely very good. La Porchetta, however, is special...especially for Soho...cheap and cheerful. The total came to just £60...£20 each.
Affordable and yummy pizzas cooked in front of you in their open kitchen. Base of the pizza was average as it was becoming difficult for us to chew it. We went for basic quattro formaggi, it was a little heavy on the blue cheese but it did justice to it. portions of the pizza was enough for two.
The pasta and the pizza at this place will make me coming back for more. The portions here are generous and tasty too. Health freaks would also get fat free food much like the rates as well! The service is Italian in the essence of the word and nothing here is disappointing.
This is a great place for authentic Italian food.It is a must visit if you are searching for a cheap places with a variety of dishes.
Although we went on a busy night , the wait wasn't much long and the management was super efficient. The pizzas were quickly served and tasted fresh and tasty.
I was amazed that this place even exists. Its affordable, has a great feel to it and it food is unbelievable. The variety here is astounding too.I tried a few of the dishes ans the portion were humongous. I couldn't even finish the food in one sitting. It was all very tasty though. This is the place to go if you want cheap and tasty food in London.
Everything about this place signals perfection. They have the best-quality food, served with generous proportions for the most reasonable prices. The place has a brilliant location, and the service is great. They serve the most amazing pizza and pasta, as compared to other more expensive Italian restaurants in the region, and have the most authentic setting. The only problem is their limited choice of wine, but with the kind of food on offer, any wine would do actually.
The food here is excellent and very aptly priced, I must add. The pizzas were delicious with fresh ingredients and toppings. The staff seemed very hard working but slightly distracted. However, they were extremely kind. The atmosphere of the place was fun filled and busy.
In all it is a very reasonably priced place and serves some very tasty food.
We found this nice little restaurant in London bye chance and we were glad. The staff has a little trouble speaking English but that aside, the service was the great, The food was even better, and we tried some of the delicacies all of which tasted exquisite. The pizzas and the pasta tasted amazing too. And to our surprise the place was extremely affordable
My parents visit this place every single time when they are here, however this was my first visit to this place. Firstly, i found this place to be really good value for money and staff was really attentive and amicable. This place is my favorite as well along with my parents now.
The food here was good and the pizza were large and very crispy. The pasta too did not let down one bit . The portions were of excellent size. We had a decently expensive bottle of wine to as an accompaniment to our meal. The service was efficient and quick with very helpful staff.
One of classic and authentic Italian restaurants. From the method of preparing and the technique of cooking to the amazing original hospitality and heart with which they welcome their guests and serve this place can only get better! Ate at a lot of restaurants and by far this is one of the highlights of my trip!
If you are looking for some good quality food within a reasonable price range, then I would strongly recommend this restaurant. I had a pizza and a bowl of pasta. The pasta was good and the pizza was also very thin and crispy just the way I like. The staff was very friendly the whole time I was there.
This has been my second visit to this restaurant, technically this is the first time we actually wanted to try its food as previously we did not go there by choice! However, i ordered pasta like before and it was smooth and thick, tempting much! Also worth praising was the presentation! Also, the pizza are tempting and tasty!
There are few places in the city that can match the kind of Italian served here. The prices are very reasonable, and the pizzas taste absolutely delicious. The place has an equestrian theme going on, which many might look down upon, but the quality of the food is amazing. It is strategically located, and that is one of the best things about this place.
I used to go to this place when i was a child and always loved my dining experience there. It got closed for sometime but since few days back it re-opened. Me and my friend ordered pasta and an Italian salad. Appealing and appetizing as always. Service also was prompt and efficient. I always come to this place only whenever i am in this city!
A brilliant restaurant. I always make it a point to try and go here for the food. It is excellent food and one will, never come away disappointed. The restaurant is very reasonably priced and the staff there is amazing. They are very helpful and rather friendly.
A must visit!
Came to this Italian restaurant on recommendation. A warm and inviting restaurant.Being an Italian origin, have been in real Italian atmosphere. Coming to our orders, had a pizza and a portion of mussels, the food was splendid and satisfying. The staff is amicable and attentive. The only remark is towards the manager for being rude to his own staff. Ended the meal with a Tiramisu.
We love coming to this restaurant. It seems like the menu has endless pizza and pasta dishes. They serve hearty and massive portions, so don't expect to get fine and intricate dishes here. This is the place to go if you're looking for hearty food at cheap prices. The interiors are not great but the staff are very friendly!
I went to this place a month ago. We went ahead with ordering sausage and broccoli pizza and a margarita pizza. We did not order any appetizers. The restaurant is run by Italian people, hence the food was authentic. The pizza was much better than any other chain pizza I've ever had. The crust was well-baked and the cheese was gooey and stringy.
If you're hungry this the place for you. Large portions of pasta or pizza. Good honest food at low prices. It's became a regular haunt for lunch away from the office.
Thoroughly enjoyed my Fantasia pizza. Chewy pizza dough perfectly crisp and bubbly around the edges. Mushroom and artichoke complemented excellent salami on an unctuous tom and moz base. I'm salivating thinking about it! decent house wine at £15 a bottle and a meal for three was under £40. The pasta looked awesome too. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmospheres.
This is my favourite Italian restaurant in London. Love to have a window seat & watch my pizza being handmade!! It's as tasty as the pizza you get in Italy!! Delicious pasta too. I eat here whenever I'm in Soho. My personal favourite is a Margarita with fresh rocket leaves on top with a glass or 2 of chianti ;-) the staff are really friendly, service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable :-)
By far the best pasta I have ever had! They have customisable options and have lots to choose from! The waiters are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely! Honestly if I ever feel like having pasta this will be the standard place I go to. The portions are huge and I had to pack things up! Overall an amazing place!
Amazing food. Amazing service and amazing prices. Authentic Italian place. Reminded of the places in naples. Staff is friendly. Servings are massive and the food tastes heavenly. Highly recommended. The truffle pasta was great as was the pizza. I got the pizza with the pistachio pesto and buratta. Top top place to go to.
I love this place! The food is always delicious and never fails to disappoint and they are very flexible with you changing/adding ingredients. The staff are so friendly and kind, they joke around with you and you feel the genuineness in the atmosphere. I really love that a lot of the time they speak Italian to eachother as well, this is a place that a lot of Italians come to and call authentic! The pricing is also super good, especially considering it's in Soho. Last time my boyfriend and I went, they served us a pizza in the shape of a heart, it was so sweet, we were very touched. The restaurant itself is cozy but there isn't usually a line and we love how homely it feels
This is my favorite pizza place in London. I moved to this city 7 years ago and have been coming here ever since. I've witnessed numerous improvements in both the food and the establishment. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is impressively quick. The best part is that the prices are incredibly affordable for such delicious dishes, making it completely worth it.

Such a cute traditional italian diner. Everything is amazing about this place, the staff is like a family and is so lovely, the food is fresh, delicious and enough. So much choice in the menu! This is the second time I eat lunch here and it’s not the last!
Prepare to be transported to the enchanting streets of Italy at this remarkable Italian restaurant! From the moment you step inside, the staff's charisma and passion for their heritage are palpable. With their lively Italian songs and genuine warmth, they create an atmosphere that feels like a culinary journey to the heart of Italy.
Now, let's talk about the culinary delights that await you on the specials menu. Brace yourself for an extraordinary culinary adventure! Their pizza topped with creamy burrata cheese is a slice of heaven that will leave you craving for more. And if that's not enough, the pesto pasta with the same velvety burrata is a symphony of flavors that will dance on your taste buds.
While most of the dishes left us utterly delighted, we must address the only minor setback we encountered—the tomato salad. While the ingredients were fresh and vibrant, we couldn't help but wonder how it would've been elevated with the juiciness and authentic taste of Sicilian tomatoes. It's a small suggestion that could elevate an already fantastic dish to new heights.
Aside from this slight observation, the overall experience at this Italian oasis was undeniably splendid. The staff's charisma and the delightful specials menu make it a standout destination for any Italian cuisine enthusiast. With each visit, you'll find yourself enchanted by the spirit of Italy that fills the air, leaving you with beautiful memories and a longing to return. This Italian restaurant truly stands as a culinary gem that embodies the very essence of Italy.
We stumbled upon here for an after show dinner. Its such a vibrant and buslting restaurant with a real genuine Italian feel. The pizza was delicious as was the wine and service. The tiramisu is quite possibly the best ive ever tasted! It seemed to be most busy for dinner around 10pm to 11pm, they serve good until midnight. Really loved our experience here.
Always busy so arm yourself with a bit of patience and they'll have a table for you in no time. We visited the restaurant several times and it never disappointed. The pizzas are of great quality and in a generous variety and portion while you can also get excellent pastas or starters. Pricing is very low considering the location and the popularity of the restaurant.
My fave place to eat in the West End. Big bowls of steaming pasta and freshly baked pizza. Portions are huge and not too expensive.
Usually very busy and tables are close together, so not necessarily the best choice for a quiet relaxed dinner! Two floors (plus two tables on the street in summer), street-level is much better, but there's lots of seating downstairs.
Went to la porchetta last week with a large group of friends and had a delicious meal. The portions were huge for London, not expensive and really really tasty. It was a lively crowded atmosphere, the upstairs is nicer than downstairs where we sat where it’s a little stuffy - but overall a cheap and cheerful experience!
Hidden Easter Egg - Dessert
Thanks to Italian brother gave us the dessert menu. Definitely a surprise after meal. Love the lemon sorbet ! Feels organic!
I had the house lasagna and it was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The prosecco that accompanied the meal was quite easy to down (okay, I had two glasses)! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is robust. The seating is a bit close, so another patron's body odor kept me from ordering dessert, but, all in all, a place I highly recommend. :)
A quaint little restaurant that sells good Italian fare. The pizza we ordered was freshly made and it tasted good. We also ordered the Lasagne and that tasted heavenly. Portions were large enough for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 kid) to share. Highly recommended!
Loved the food and the ambiance of this restaurant. The staff were friendly. It’s pretty cozy and the pizzas are 🤌🏼
A must be experienced Restaurant in SOHO. Good service, Mediterranean people as known friendly people. The pizza is a real taste, I recommend the 4 cheese pizza, if you have pasta - especially the tagleetelli seafood, it's great and big enough portion. The atmosphere is of course a small but enjoyable place in Soho.
This is a great small Italian restaurant with delicious and humoungous pasta dishes. Very cheap prices and the food is amazing, flavorful and hearty. I got the lasagna, so many layers of cheesy goodness, served out of a piping hot bowl with cheese and sauce literally bubbling still as it was served to me. Highly recommend if you need a good meal as you're out having a good time, nothing beats pasta and bread when you're really hungry. They also have pizzas that smelt amazing.
The closest food I’ve tried in the England which resembles what you get in Italy!! Big portions for the price and service js very fast and friendly! The bruschetta is one of the best and the veg options for both pasta and pizza did not disappoint (hot tomato pasta and aubergine pizza)! Highly recommend if looking for a hidden gem in soho!
If you want a taste of Italy and feel like you're in Napoli then you're in luck. In the heart of Soho, you'll find this gem. Proper authentic Italian place, with a simple menu, no fuss, pizza, lasagne, pasta and drinks.
Stone fire over at the front, really rapid service and friendly team in place.
Y’all. GO HERE. The food is amazing (we ended up going twice on our trip to London!) and the atmosphere is perfect. Friendly, fast, and the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. The pizza is fantastic, as is the lasagna and the gnocchi. You can’t go wrong with anything you order!
