Byron is in most cases a safe bet for a decent burger in Fulham or Chelsea branches. Dined at Fulham Broadway one tonight, the special cheesemas burger was tasty, Byron was rather bland though even though fresh and juicy. Good fries, wine so-so. Friendly service. All in all OK.
Burgers are quite tasty, bun is good and patty is fine, however it is quite expensive, can be £10 for a normal meal you could get for £8 in Bodean's for a larger burger as well. Fries are good however, and customer service is really good, as can be expected with higher prices.
The new Byron special for this Movember is no other than the Mo’shroom. In order to get it I went to their branch in Fulham. Similar to their other restaurants...
The best burgers in London. I have tried so many burger places and this exceeds them all. So much so that I visit byron regularly now. Staff are also great.
I have now been to 2 of the Byron’s restaurants in London. They are well thought out. It’s a great menu and quality of food. At all the locations I have visited there has always been a high level of service. Personable people striving for good service. It’s the little things in life (like a great hamburger) that make things good. Totally recommend. Enjoy!
Service is attentive, food is good for price and there's lots of seating.
Staff take alot of care to ensure they get the orders for those with allergies correct, always providing the Byron allergen directory. It's very impressive.
Fries have not been hot a couple of times, even after asking for them to be.
Toilets are downstairs so not wheelchair accessible. The dining space will accommodate though.
No wifi and had no connection to my own service.
Wait staff are very friendly and helpful, always.

Lost a point due to the ridiculous mayonnaise packet I was given. Not the staffs fault. Would have been 5 if not for that!
Lovely food and great customer service from our waitress Ewa. Restaurant was spotless and we were served quickly. Tried The Truffler burger which was a delicious vegan option- definitely recommend! Make sure you try halloumi fries as in Byron they really know what makes the perfect halloumi snack. Good option for takeaways if you want to treat yourself to a posh burger. Also, lunch menu (burger, chips or salad and soft drink) just under tenner is a bargain!

It's a shopping mall as part of the tube station. It's just two blocks from Stamford Bridge. The variety of shops it is quite good and deserves a visit.
Thought the food was great, much better than a standard high Street chain. I shared the chilli wings and had a classic chicken burger. Very surprised at how good the meal was and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Really cannot fault the service either and left very impressed with Bryon Fulham.
I first came here a good 4-5 years ago and I thought then it was really good. This time round the experience just felt a little dated. The food don't get me wrong was ok, but didn't exactly make me think they were any better than any of the other "gourmet" style burger places in the area. Nothing had changed much from my previous visit all those years ago, still better than a McDonald's though. Oh and the milkshake WAS good. Introduce a couple of new things on the menu.
Ewa our waitress was exceptional, brilliant customer service, recommended me a lovely burger and very warm in general. Managed to convince me into buying a vegan burger for the first time.... And I'm a meat eater normally.

Amazing burger and nice sides
This place was really nice. Great service. They really care about customers health and allergies. I appreciate how they took time understanding my gluten allergies. I enjoyed my vegan burger. I’d definitely recommend this place!
Our local Byron, which we love. Staff are always warm, friendly and attentive. Made to feel like home. Excellent burgers, and especially love the courgette fries and milkshakes.
We are Byron's regular customers. We tried so many stores of this chain all around London, but for the first time we were pleasantly surprised. Perfect cooked fresh meat (finally a proper medium rare!), nice presentation, very friendly service, thanks to Ewa! And congratulation to the young chef! We recommend it to everyone.
